"How much are you excited to see your own little restaurant?" Jungkook asked Jin in cheerful tone. The two were in Jungkook's car, driving to the aforementioned place.
"I'm so, so excited. I can't wait to be there." Jin cooed like a baby.
"We'll be there soon. I picked a place close to your house. You can walk there and not waste your money for cabs' fares, but it's also more in the center of the city. It increases the number of your customers. After all, I want more people to have the chance to taste your delicious foods."
"Wow, Jungkook! You really are a businessman. Thank you for thinking through everything."
"My pleasure. Anyway, I have a question for you. Did you figure out this car was mine at your lane? I left it there intentionally for you to see it."
"I kinda felt it, but this car is a new one. So, it made me doubtful somehow. To be honest, I just decided not to think about it." Jin said, leaning his head against the window and looking outside of the car.
He was aware himself that he could be a great liar if he wanted to. Still, he couldn't lie to himself, could he? He was thinking about the car, the owner of the car, to be precise, the entire day.
"You really didn't think I just had two cars?! You really didn't, right? Especially, for a car addict like myself?!"
"No, I... I just..."
"I was just kidding you. You don't need to answer my stupid question." Jungkook felt heavy inside after saying that. He absolutely cared about the answer to his question, but he also didn't want to bother Jin with it any longer. And when the other giggled, he knew he had done the right thing.
After a little more driving, they were in front of their destination. The two went to the door. At first, Jin was hesitent; he was shaking in nervousness all over.
"Whatcha ya waiting for?! It's cold. I'm starting to freeze here. Open the damn door, boy!" Jungkook let out to change Jin's mood. He could sense how anxious the younger was.
Jin unlocked the door with the silver key and turned the doorknob. He pushed the door open, but, instead of getting in, he stayed outside.
Jungkook finally lost his patience and grabbed Jin's hand. They entered the place together. Jin looked at the other with a surprised expression. Jungkook smiled and nodded at him. He let go of Jin's hand for the boy to explore his new place.
Jin started walking to the other rooms in the restaurant. He went to his kitchen. It was absolutely made for him. The whole place was made for him. It was small but beautiful. It was cozy like he was at home.
This place turned to his second home right at the moment. He couldn't help the tears not to fall on his cheeks once more. He felt a hand on his shoulder and when he turned around, he saw Jungkook smiling brightly at him.
"Are you crying?" Jungkook asked sweetly.
"No... I mean yes. But, it's out of joy."
"I get you. Everything's not ready yet. Some small details and things are left. But they'll be done sooner than later. Also, I'll find some staffs for you, too."
"Jungkook?"
"Yes?"
"Can I choose my staffs?" Jungkook's eyes widened due to the question.
"Yes. Why, though? You have someone in mind?"
"There are so many young kids in my neighborhood that this job can change their lives. I like to give them this chance just like you've given it to me."
