"So...what are you waiting for, Del?  Are you going to share this bed with me or not?" Gabriel asked smirking. Delilah rolled her eyes and tried her best to remain serious, but she was having an argument in her head with what it seemed her 'nice' side and her 'naughty' one.

"Damn boy you looking fine... NO! you can't think like that, that man is an Archangel...that's the best part girl, an Archangel that has spent so many years here, just imagine...I won't imagine anything...one word, EXPERIENCE!...he's old as Hell...alright, maybe he is but he doesn't look like one...c'mon, leave me alone, I'm on a case...you're such a perv Del...why would you say th, Oh fuck!...see? you know you want him...stop looking at his little friend, stop looking at his little friend, damn what little friend, it's huge as he, you know what voice in my head? I quit, fuck you very much."

"The Archangel calls the human down to Earth, are you okay?" Gabriel asked faking concern, it didn't take Delilah too long before understanding he was trying his best not to laugh. He was unsuccesful, and laughed hysterically while she bitchfaced him, "You should have seen your face. I can tell you were arguing with yourself, and want to know the best part? You were staring right at my di..."

"Please tell me you weren't the one playing around with people's beds." Delilah interrupted him. He sat in the bed straight and looked at her smiling.

"Okay, if you want to ignore what happened, we'll ignore it. My answer is no. Sincerely. I'm not the one messing around with people's beds in this motel." He answered, snapping his fingers and and offering her a piece of chocolate cake with extra chocolate everywhere. Of course she wouldn't deny it, although at first she was kind of shy, she just sat in a chair in front of the bed and consumed the dessert.

"What are you doing here then?" She asked suspiciously.

"I heard you three were around and I wanted to see you again."

"Oh...but the owner said you've been here for quite a long time." She insisted.

"I'm an angel sweetie, powers kind of come with it. I can make anyone think whatever I want them to think. I can make your brothers think we had a really fun time in here, without it being real." Now he was threatening her AND winking.

"Okay, I am here now. Why did you wanted to see me?" Delilah asked roughly, and he noticed.

"Just a dinner. Really. A dinner. Give me that chance to just...talk. Just talking." He said softly, choosing very well his usage of words, expecting she would agree.

"Why would I..." she started but was unable to continue. A date. With an Archangel. A date with an Archangel of God, Creator of the Universe, or that's how most people think...an Archangel who loved to fuck with his brother's mind, yes, an Archangel asking her on a date. "I'll rephrase that...why wouldn't I?" she said smiling and he relaxed, "I will go with you on a date, Gabriel. But just so you know, you have to choose very carefully where. And if someone asks if I'm your daughter, it means, we can't never be togheter. Deal?" she said almost laughing.

"Of course. By the way I have some information for you. The couple that died years ago? It was actually an accident made by a high voltage. Dean's? Yes, that was kind of my fault so it would led you to me. Still going to that date?" He said as quick as he could but she was already looking at him seriously and nodded.

"Where we will meet?" She asked.

"I'll see you later Delilah." he said and pointed at the door for her to leave.

He never used any clothes asides his boxers.

Dean wasn't too happy about Delilah's date nor the accident with the bed.

"He almost caused me a trauma with my favorite thing about motels." Dean said angrily.

They couldn't do anything to persuade Delilah from going to the encounter with Gabriel, so they just gave her a couple of advices in case of need. At 6, they left her in front of a fancy restaurant (the fanciest place in the town. He was already inside, waiting for her in a distanced table.

"There's no way someone will say you are my daughter." he smirked standing up and kissing her hand. He helped her to sit as she muttered her thanks.

They spent at least two hours talking about the most random stuff that can pass through a human being's brain; laughing at any detail of any subject, Gabriel telling his best stories of his life on Earth: he battled at World War I and II, he battled at Vietnam, he was on the Titanic, he escalated the Everest, he helped in the construction of the Eiffel Tower, he was there in the Gladiators era, and he used to pet dinosaurs. She was so surprised she never interrupted; she didn't had any amazing story to tell anyways.

After the dinner, Delilah tensed a little when Gabriel asked her to close her eyes. She did as told and suddenly, there was a strong wind hitting her; her hair flew everywhere and even slapped her, her skin was freezing cold, but she felt someone, Gabriel, hugging her from behind.

"Open your eyes." he softly murmured into her right ear. Slowly she opened her eyes and almost fainted at the beautiful sight of New York City, from the sky. "Welcome to World Trade Center!" he exclaimed happily, not letting her go. Her legs were shaky, her eyes were watery and she couldn't articulate any intelligent sound, "This is year 1999, but today.." he was interrupted by the loud noise of fireworks covering the sky almost entirely. It was the most beautiful moment she has experienced; Delilah loved fireworks, and this sight made her heart beat faster than ever before. "Or better said, 2000. Happy New Millenium, Delilah!" he shouted so she could hear him. She smiled widely, and looked at him, their faces colored by the shades of the fireworks' bright colors. She softened her smile, and looked at Gabriel right in the eye. Nothing mattered now, only the two of them almost in the top of the world. She wasn't able to move well, but it didn't mattered; their lips found each other when they heard the far, loud noise of music and screams of people. The fireworks were everlasting now, she felt a weird sensation running down her spine and him? He was sure this was it, this was the human, the human that would cause his perdition.

That kiss changed every single rule ever made in the Universe.

It changed everything.
