Hoseok hadn't told the members everything.
He did eat well and he didn't exhaust himself during rehearsals or performances, but there was one thing. He didn't sleep well. At all.
Like any other of the members, he tried to get enough sleep. Sleep was important to all of them and they certainly needed their rest as hard-working idols. Without it, any of them would feel too exhausted to perform.
Lately, Hoseok hadn't been getting more than two to three hours of sleep each night. Wasn't it only logical that he'd passed out?
Hoseok blamed himself for the fact that he'd lost consciousness a few days ago, and ever since it happened he'd been focussing on getting enough sleep. He didn't want it to happen again and worry the other members.
So, for the past few days, he'd gone to bed hours earlier than he was used to and he'd told the members he'd skip a few of the morning dance-sessions. He could afford it because he'd choreographed the dances they were practicing and knew them by heart.
Luckily, he hadn't been feeling dizzy or sick since he'd started focussing on getting more rest. It made him feel a lot better and he was glad he wouldn't be worrying the others anymore.
The others had forgotten about the incident as well. Hoseok hadn't looked as exhausted anymore.
It was October 13th today; Jimin's birthday. They'd performed in Amsterdam today and it had been a lot of fun! Jungkook had hurt his foot a few days ago, however, so he couldn't dance. He'd been quite bummed about it, but the other members had tried all they could to cheer him up.
Despite Jungkook being unable to dance, the concert was a blast and the fans had loved it.
The seven members were in the hotel room, celebrating Jimin's birthday. He'd done a VLive after the concert to celebrate with the fans, but Hoseok and the other members had thought he would like an 'afterparty' as well.
"I really liked performing Anpanman today." Taehyung said with a boxy grin, as the seven of them talked about how much they'd enjoyed the concert.
"Ahhh, I love performing that song." Jimin let out happily, before taking a bite of the cake the members had brought him.
"We're like superheroes!" Jin grinned.
"Jimin-ah, did you like the surprise ARMY had for you?" Hoseok asked. He was lying on his stomach on the bed in Jimin's room, legs up in the air.
Jimin let out a gasp-like sound.
"I loved it! I heard they weren't even allowed to sing for me, but they did so anyway." Jimin giggled.
"Our little rebels." Namjoon chuckled. "ARMY just loves you too much not to sing for you."
The seven of them laughed and Jimin thought about the concert with a happy smile on his face. He'd truly had a great day.
"Jungkook-ah, how's the foot?" Namjoon then asked the maknae.
Jungkook put a goofy grin on his face and held his leg up in the air. "Still alive!"
"I'm so sorry you weren't allowed to dance, Kookie." Jimin said, putting away the paper plate he had in his hands. There was no crumb of cake left.
"Yeah, JK. We missed your dancing JK." Jin added.
"I wish we could do something to help." Hoseok said with a pout.
"You can!" Jungkook grinned, having the best idea ever - at least, in his opinion.
"We can?" Taehyung asked, popping up behind Jungkook. Jungkook wasn't startled - no one could scare that guy - but he looked up at Taehyung with a grin.
"Yeah! You guys could dance for me."
"It's Jimin's birthday, shouldn't we be dancing for him?" Yoongi wondered.
"Nahh, let's dance for Kookie." Jimin said with a closed-eyed smile. "It'd make me happy too."
"Alright, DJ!" Hoseok exclaimed, pointing at Taehyung - who almost always had a small speaker with him - and jumping up from the bed.
Taehyung immediately got to work and pulled his phone from his pocket, turning on one song they knew all too well. Spine Breaker.
"Jin-hyung! It's your time to shine!" Namjoon exclaimed.
"Alright, guys, follow me!" Jin grinned, standing in front of Jungkook as the others got in position.
Aaaand there they went. They danced the hilarious choreography Jin had come up with, easily creating a happy smile on Jungkook's face, as well as their own.
After the song was finished, they all simultaneously put on very dramatic faces as Fake Love started playing. In the - way too small - hotel room, the six boys started dancing and singing to one of their newest songs.
As soon as Hoseok's part started, he started feeling something very familiar. At first, he ignored it and continued dancing, but a few seconds into his part and the feeling became overwhelming.
The happy smile on his face disappeared and he fell silent, no longer dancing or rapping.
The look on Jungkook's face when he realized what was happening was heart-breaking. He yelled something Hoseok could no longer hear. Hoseok felt himself sink to the ground, but someone took a hold of him before he could reach the ground.
He looked up to see it was Taehyung, who'd stood right beside him during his part of the choreography.
He wanted to say something to Taehyung, tell him he was okay, but before he could do so, he passed out.
