She woke up and no alarms were going off so she assumed she had the day off from practice.

She double checked her schedule and she was right. She smelt pancakes and went to the kitchen to see Kevin cooking them.

"Morning" she said.

"Morning sunshine".

She was still weirded out by being with Kevin but that didn't stop her from going to kiss him.

"I thought you had practice?" She asked him.

"I have it later".

"Oh".

"Why? want to get rid of me?"

She laughed "nope just asking".

She loved having his company.

Just after breakfast he had to go to practice.

She was now alone and went to explore.

She picked up groceries then once she dropped them off back at her apartment she went shopping because while she didn't have a lot of money she still has money to be spending on ridiculous things.

The mall that is located in her area was so huge, way more bigger than the one she remembered back home.

She got recognized by a couple people and took pictures and signed autographs, something she never thought she would be doing.

After the eventful shopping time she had. She headed back home.

On her way home she got a call from Kevin saying practice was running late and he was going to go home after.

She was putting her stuff away and the Hal appeared.

"Having fun in this life Quinn?" He asked.

"Yeah I can't believe all this and that I am dating Kevin".

"Well I'm glad you are enjoying it".

"Am I not supposed to?"

"No you are but I just want to tell you whenever you want to try something else just call me".

"Okay".

He was gone.

The night felt so lonely without kevin but she did like her space.

She checked her schedule and she had practice then it was traveling to the next city for a game.

Her first game since starting this life and she was ready for it.

She was going through her social media and the people she met today posted the pictures on Instagram and she liked and commented on them.

Then she was going through her tagged photos and noticed all the ones from the other night at dinner.

"It's so weird" she said to herself.

She wasn't used to paparazzi photos of her self.

After all that she went to bed to have a goodnight rest for the traveling and practice.

Her alarms all went off and it was time for her to get up and start the day.

She had texts from Kevin saying have fun and good luck.

She loved having a boyfriend.

She packed all that she needed and headed out. When she arrived at practice everyone was whispering and she didn't know if it was about her but she had a feeling.

She ignored it as much as she could and focused on practice.

Practice was short as they were traveling which was nice. They all loaded onto the bus because the team they were playing was just a couple of hours away and was more easier got them.

The whispering didn't stop but she didn't know what was going on. Quinn had just started this new life and what could she do that was worth gossiping about.

Then she had a thought, she didn't know what she did before she got here.

She didn't want to focus on it so much and focus on everything else.

They arrived at the hotel and she was ready to sleep and forget everything. She mainly wanted to clear her mind.

The one girl Rachel who has been whispering all day is the one who got assigned to share the room with her.

"Great" she thought to herself.

The room was mainly silent because Quinn knew Rachel knew and maybe Rachel knew that Quinn knew.

"Rachel is there something going on because you keep whispering with everyone and keep looking at me" Quinn decided to say.

"It's just".

"Just what?"

"We all saw the pictures of you and Kevin and we are all just so jealous".

"Jealous of what?"

"How you get everything".

"What do you mean?"

"Oh come on. You are the coaches favorite, you get it way much easier then the rest of us, you get paid more and don't deny it, and you are with a super awesome pro baseball player".

"I don't understand".

"Of course not. Why would you".

"I'm sorry you feel that way".

"There's no need to apologize".

It became really awkward and Quinn left the room to go sit in the lobby and try to process all that happened.

She couldn't be the coaches favorite because she is never anybody's favorite.

"This is why Hal brought me here. It has to be" she said to herself.

Maybe it was time for her to tell Hal she wants to move on but she didn't want to give up.

She didn't want to return to the room, she wanted to just hide.

She had to face everything and just deal with everyone.

She just wondered if everyone on the team felt the same way.
