Chapter 2

She walked closer into the park to try and remember what was happening this day.

The younger version of herself was sitting at the table and it finally came to her, this was the day she made her stupid dreams list.

She knew she wasn't allowed to be seen but she didn't know what the big deal was.

Even though she wanted to get closer she decided for now she would be in the distance.

"Man I probably look so creepy" she said to herself.

She sat at a bench that was close but not to close.

She could over hear her.

"My dream list:
1. Become a awesome lawyer
2. Travel the world
3. Make movies
4. Marry a famous actor
5. Become a pro softball player.
6. Go in a castle
7. Become a princess fighting warrior
8. Become an awesome singer.
9. Buy mommy and daddy a new house
10. Drive a nice car"

Quinn couldn't help but laugh and smile at herself.

"Quinn come on time to go home" she heard a familiar voice.

It was her mom.

This was all weird for her to see.

Her mom looked so much younger and full of life.

Her younger self walked by her and she hid her face.

Some of the dreams she set were impossible to do at this age range and she didn't understand why Hal brought her here at this moment.

The only thing she could of thought was to see where the list started.

Then boom a flashing light appeared and she was in another part of town.

"Having fun?" Hal asked.

"Not really, I mean I'm just confused as to what  I'm actually supposed to do".

"That's for you to figure out and you can change your mind at anytime and go back to your regular life".

He disappeared "but wait".

She had no idea what time it was now and she was so over it that she wanted to go back but she had to at least try.

She walked until she saw signs that were pointing to follow a certain path.

She reached her old middle school and it hit her on what day it was.

It was the day of her karate showcase and it was when she was in the seventh grade.

She guessed she needed to stop her embarrassment that occurred so she didn't quit karate and her dream of becoming a princess fighting warrior.

During her karate showcase she missed the board and fell on her face and laughing was all she heard. The next couple of days she was made fun of at school.

She couldn't think of a way to avoid this from happening.

The showcase wasn't happening for a couple of hours and she went in where it was happening and tried to remember how she missed it.

She then saw a little wet spot on the stage and wondered if that was the case.

She wiped it up and made sure there was nothing else that was going to cause her fall.

She then wondered if it was just her clumsiness being the cause of the fall. Wondering isn't helping so she was just going to wait and see.

If she remembered right she left a note that said good luck to her younger self at where she was going to be.

Now it was a waiting game.

She sat in the way back so she wouldn't be seen.

The showcase was starting and she remembered it a lot.

Everyone was doing great and then it was her time.

She was hoping she wouldn't slip.

She closed her eyes and hoped she would hear claps and not laughing from the stupid little kids that got to her.

There it was, it was clapping.

She liked this moment more than the past.

Then a flash of light appeared again.

She woke up in a room that she never been in before.

"Hi Quinn" Hal said.

"Hal where are we?"

"We are in your castle".

"My castle what are you talking about".

"Well since you didn't get embarrassed back with karate you kept going and 3 of the dreams on your list came true".

"Which is what?"

"Well you go to go in a castle which you live in now, became a princess fighting warrior, and got your parents a new house".

"Wait so if I'm a princess does that mean I'm married?"

"Look at your hand".

There was a massive ring.

"Oh my".

"Someone's coming have fun and your husbands name is Richard and that's probably him".

"Wait Hal no".

He was gone once again.

Someone knocked on the door and she had no idea what was going on.

"Hey Quinn are you up?" The mysterious voice said.

"Yeah I just got up sorry".

"No worries".

He kissed her hand meaning it must be Richard.

She didn't know the daily schedules or what she does so she just sat in silence.

"Breakfast is being made so whenever you are ready I'll be downstairs".

She smiled awkwardly.

"Richard?" She said guessing.

"Yes my love".

"I'll be down soon".

"Okay take your time".

He left the room.

She didn't know these people and the daily routines.

Hal should have at least warned her or gave her instructions because she was clueless.

She looked out the nearest window and the view was amazing.

"I could get used to this" she said.

She went into her closet and looked at all her options and usually she wouldn't wear this but it's a new life now and maybe it's normal for her.

She got dressed and looked in the mirror "what am I doing I don't know these people but I have to try".
