i woke up feeling like a zombi.

my eyes were like they were cohered together, i was very knackered and didn't know why. maybe sleeping at one am wasn't the best idea.

i got up and rubbed my eyes. they barely could open properly, so i had to use my hands to navigate myself around the room.

the do was that day.

i put my uniform on just thinking about the stuff i learned the night before and all the things i was going to do that day.

i went to the bathroom and avoided looking at myself. i just washed my face and teeth, analysing our little but practical bathroom. i decided to just put my hair in a ponytail so i can wash it in the afternoon.

before i could get my comb, i re-positioned my septum which made me shiver a bit. the little metal thing was cool and so was my hand.

i looked at myself without even thinking about it and put a smile on. i brushed my hair out quickly, doing the thing with it i had planned to.

i stepped out of the bathroom and headed to my room. i could had gone downstairs to eat something after a night long learning session which wqs, in fact, spent without eating anything, but i preferred quickly get done and after i had everything with me, i didn't have to go up again.

i grabbed my charger and wallet together with my bag and my exercise book for citizenship class which i forgot to put in beside my other books.

i ran down the stairs, wondering about my dad not waking up yet.

however, i was perplexed when i heard some noise coming from the kitchen and soon i saw him minding his business in his pajamas, not even noticing me at first.

"um, hey" i said quietly, but loud enough for him to hear it.

"oh-" he turned around quickly with a random bowl in his hand to face me "hi"

"how come you're down here?" i asked curiously, rubbing my eyes and pouring myself a glass of nice and cold water.

"i woke up a few minutes earlier" he said and i stepped a little further, letting him have enough space to take some things out he wanted.

"don't you have anything? you never-" he said and i shook my head even though i knew he couldn't see it while i chuckled.

"yes, i never have brekkie." i turned my body towards the other side as i leaned against the counter behind me. i looked at the parquet with empty look and put my mug down. "i'm not hungry at mornings."

"you do you" he said and let a big yawn out while getting the blueberry flavoured yoghurt's box. then he pointed his spoon at me and made a serious look. "it would be much healthier, young lady"

i laughed and pushed myself away from the counter. "i'm leaving for now" i said and stretched myself well before giving him a random hug.

he hugged back and let me go, not letting an opportunity to pass to tell me we are having the talk in the afternoon. what a man.
