The next day, we planned our DIY tour of Cebu. Our best friends were Google and Maps.me. We just searched for the tourist destinations of the place. Some were suggestions of one of my high school beshies that already lives in Cebu.

Our day won't be complete without a hot breakfast in bed. Lol. It would give us energy to last the whole day of adventure. We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

As I was getting up from bed to get ready for the day, he pulled me back and said, "We still have time, baby... come on, it's still early."

I obediently went back to bed and cuddled with him. We were facing each other. My head was resting in his left arm. His free hand was on my hair. He was brushing it with his fingers. He was just looking at me. Then I asked him, "What, baby?"

He shook his head and responded, "Nothing, babe... I just love looking at you."

I stuck my tongue out at him. He playfully tried to catch it with his fingers. I gave him a light shove and giggled. He caught my hand and moved closer to me. He hugged me tight and kissed the tip of my nose... and said, "You're so cute, my little princess."

I answered, "You're so sweet, my handsome superman." Then he hugged me even tighter.

I felt loved. This man is so sweet, he made me feel that way. He made me feel special. We both are happy with how things went between us. I guess it's called serendipity.

After like ten or fifteen minutes, he decided that it's time for us to move. He suggested we rent a motorcycle to get around the city. So, we looked up some shops that rent out motorcycles. We found one near the pizza place we went to last night.

We went out at 9am. We were hungry. We had our real breakfast at 7-eleven but not real food though. Lol. Sandwich and an apple juice. I wanted rice. Yeah, I am a Filipino! I still prefer rice over sandwiches or burgers.

We took a Grab going to the motorcycle shop. He rented it for a half day.

Our first stop was Sirao Garden. The little Amsterdam. It's a lovely place. Full of flowers of different kinds and colours. The view itself is "Instagrammable" as they call it.

He became my photographer. He patiently took pictures of me and even choreographed some of my poses. Well, we took turns in taking photos of each other but I guess, his was just one in twenty! Lol

After an hour of photoshoot, we went to "Top of Cebu" a restaurant on top of the mountain, overlooking the city. The ambience was great plus the view was amazing. It was perfect for lunch especially that we just had sandwich for breakfast.

After lunch, we started our motorcycle ride again. So, Jack and Jill went up the hill. Before riding though, we took in the breathtaking view around us and inhaled the fresh air from the trees surrounding the area. After a few minutes, we had to leave. Time was precious because he'll be leaving for Manila that night.

He started driving uphill. It was becoming steeper. I saw a motorcycle in front of us with the wife and child riding at the back. I was a bit scared for them, thinking what if they slide down the seat, or what if the brake gets broken. Then I looked back to see how high we already were. It was high! Now, I got scared for myself! Lol.

So far, he's been a good driver since we left the city, driving in the traffic, making his way in between cars, motorcycle and bikes too. So, I trust him driving in the hills and slopes too. As we were getting further and higher though, I noticed his driving slowed down and become unsteady. I shouted from the back (so he'll hear me because my voice was being blown by the wind), "Babe, what's wrong?!" He did not answer.
