My Sweet Superchef

Chapter 6

After reading his letter, I sent him a chat saying, "Hey babe, I got your letter. So sweet of you. Thank you. Kisses."

Of course I got no reply because he's in the plane going to Thailand. Still I sent him another one. Anyway, he'll read it when he arrives in Bangkok.

"It's a pleasure meeting you too. It was amazing and fantastic. Everyday with you was great. You made me really happy and you put colours to my world. Yeah, of course I won't forget you. You gave me a lot of first times and am not gonna enumerate them anymore... you know what they are. Always take care wherever you go. Hope to see you again soon, my prince."

I'm sure you're curious of what he said in the letter. Okay, while he's on the plane, am gonna share a bit of it to you but not verbatim. I can share the non-private content and the cute and sweet ones he said.

I am not gonna quote and unquote it, just give you a brief summary.

He said that there's too much to say about me and that he wants to thank me for everything that I did for him. That I am the best thing that ever happened to him in this amazing country and that he will remember me all his life (Sweet, di ba?) Oh this one, I should not forget to mention, he said that I am beautiful (ahem...), smart, friendly, funny.... (and the other adjectives are private, lol!) He said he's happy that our roads crossed and it was a real pleasure knowing me. He also said that he never doubted me and that I am perfect (aww, long-haired me!)

I feel the same way about him too. He's not perfect but he's perfect for me. Am I making making sense?

The rest are private. Don't probe please. Then he ended it with, "Don't forget me please." (Yeah, that one is verbatim). Of course, I won't.

His letter made my day. He made me feel great. He made me feel loved. It made me really happy.

After 3 hours, I got a reply. Exactly the travel time from PhIlippines to Bangkok. So, meaning he just arrived there.

Him: "Hey babe, here in Bangkok! Miss youuuu! Happy to make you happy. Sorry for my handwriting... actually I used my foot! Hahaha!

Me: "Great! Miss you too... how was your flight? Lol don't worry about your handwriting babe... it's the content of the letter that counts."

Him: "It was good, babe. I just slept throughout the flight."

Me: "Me too, I slept when I got home. Good timing I woke up when you chatted."

Him: "Yeah, you need it babe. I made you tired when I was there!"

Me: "Crazy! No worries, babylove!

Then he videocalled me. He was outside of his hotel building having a beer. It was already late. Like past 11pm. At around 12:15am, we said goodnight.

Woke up the next morning and greeted him good morning with a selfie. It was only 6:30am. Got no reply. Maybe he's still asleep. He replied at 9:42am. He noticed the charm necklace he gave me and commented, "That lucky charm."

Me: "You are my lucky charm, babe. Coffee time for you?"

Him: "Yeah. Coffee is sad without you."

Me: "I know babe. Same here. Did you sleep well?"

Him: "Like a baby. I was really tired yesterday."

I told him I was at work and we'll just chat later. He said he'll just chat me then later during my lunch break.

At lunch break, he sent me pic of his food for lunch and captioned it, "Pad thai time."

I replied, "Oh nice! Me, I just had eggplant omelette and fried fish for lunch."
