The rough smell of morning breath awoke me. I quickly put my thoughts together and realized that I had slept on the bathroom floor. What am I doing in the bathroom? My inner thigh started to pulse as my memory slowly came back to me. Wow, he put me to sleep! I don't even know why I was excited about it, it wasn't his first time. Oh, well.
Might as well shower, since I'm already in the bathroom. I slowly undressed as I hummed my favorite song, 7/11 by Beyoncé, and turned on the shower. As the water was coming on, I stood in the mirror, admiring my naked body. I instinctively trailed my eyes down to my belly and did a double take. OMG, there's a little bulge! I cupped my small stomach and rubbed it, caressing my baby. No one is going to hurt you, I promise. I'll take care of you.
I pulled up the knob then hopped in the shower and sighed. The one thing I loved so much about my parents is that they believe in being "modern parents", so the shower has a little seat bench inside of it. I quickly scrubbed until my skin was a bright pink and sighed. I thought about my future and my life that I will possibly have with Rich. Smiling, I got out the shower and grinned like a dork. I don't know why, but all of a sudden I just feel happy and glad that I'm pregnant. Maybe I'll start shopping today. I squealed like a little kid trying to unsuccessfully contain their excitement. I skipped out to the room and found a plain white Tommy Hilfiger shirt and my stone washed ripped jeans. I threw on my socks and my AF1's. I grabbed my purse and my keys and I was out the door.
