Just then, the kitchen door bursted open. Papi threw a pregnacy test onto the table.
" You better use it, nina. That right there cost me about $13.95." Papi grimaced. After all these years, he's still cheap? What does she see?
Rich followed behind him, with a glow in his eyes that seemed determined.
"Come on, ma. You heard the man. Get to drinking! Um, I mean, not drinking, but--"
"I GOT IT!" I said sharply. I know it. I know I'm pregnant. Am I ready to be a mother, though?
