Kat POV

Bellah Desiree Jefferson was born on January 16, 2014. She was 6 Ibs and 7 ounces. . I told Rich we were having a baby girl. I told him! Rich cried when he saw her, boogers and all. When she came out, he cut the cord then held her for a good minute until he passed her to me. I stared at this beautiful face that mimicked my own. She looked up at me with my brown hazel eyes. Those are my eyes. This is my daughter. This person came out of me. She has Rich's full lips and his skinny nose. She also had my naturally puffy cheeks.

"Look at my little Belly- bell..." I cooed, having a nickname already. She is perfect. So perfect.

"Ma'am, we need to get her into a incubator. She is gonna need to stay here for a little while, as where you can be released in 3 days." The doctor said.

"Ok, doctor. Please don't hurt her, she's so..." small. Fragile. Little.

I watched as they wrapped her Winnie the pooh blanket we brought for her and took her out the room.

I sat back, taking in the fact that I'm a mother now. We don't have anything ready. We need a crib, a car seat! Damn, I think we need more wipes!

I scanned the room and saw Rich texting on his phone. He must've felt me look at him because he gave me his boyish grin.

"Can I help you?" he said in his playful tone.

"Actually, you can!" I chuckled while he sauntered over to me. I couldn't help but giggle. He is such a dork!

"Yes, baby?" he said.

"Baby, we need to get stuff for Bells." I told him, fighting a yawn.

"So you already gave her a nickname?" he chuckled.

"Yeah, I did. We need a crib, car seat, diapers, wipes--"I trailed off, receiving the kiss that Rich gave me.

"Baby, I already got somebody taking care of it." He whispered.

"Ok bae. I love you." I said.

"And I love you too." He said, leaning over to kiss me. When he kissed me, I accidentally yawned in his mouth. He grinned and wiped his face

"EWWWW!!" He laughed. I giggled and yawned again. Childbirth takes it out of ya, I swear it does.

I Get Money by 50 cent was blaring from his phone. He looked at his phone and sighed.

"Baby, I'll be right outside, ok? I love you." He said to me.

"And I love you, baby!" I replied.

When he left I got to thinking. I'm a mother now! Played in my mind until I fell into a peaceful sleep.
