Janie was finding it particularly difficult to forgive Harris. However,
when she allowed her heart and mind to be cleansed by the blood, it
became possible. Once it became possible, she made a choice, and oh,
what a relief it was. She felt relieved of some enormous burden that she
could not carry. Sadly, the voices would not relent. They had only
intensified. They conversed with her daily, so David engaged in many
of the parenting roles. Janie often wept that she could not give her all
every day to Jeremiah. She expressed this once, and David assured her
she was doing a fabulous job. Janie suffered from chronic nightmares. Nightmares of the past. She experienced reoccurring nightmares of Jeremiah getting abducted.

This caused waking up perspiring in a pool of sweat. David was there.
However, only rarely could they take trips together. Janie missed
David's involvement in that part of her life, but she knew they had a
young son to care for.

"Sacrifice and perseverance, my love," Janie smiled her girlish flirtatious smile.

"You are a great dad!" David giggled. (Yes, real men can giggle) "I hope so; I want to be a good dad."

"David! I can feel 'Them' coming on."

"Here, Janie, let me tuck you in bed." David carefully carried his bride to the bedroom, laid her on the mattress, and said a little prayer.

"Please be with her wherever she goes."  God honoured David's prayer.

She found herself why it was the past! As vivid as she experienced everything. The colours, the aroma. Oh, the sweet savour of that moment. Then she spotted him. Smelling like cedar trees and sawdust,  only the two greatest scents in all the world. She jumped into dad's arms and begged him not to let her go. Dad smiled and held onto Janie for a while. "You know you will always be Daddies little girl." A waterworks of tears flowed down her flowery cheeks. All she wanted him to know was that she loved him.

"Daddy, I love you!" In that moment, it was like all eternity made sense. In that one word, 'Love.' There was power in it beyond anything. It had the power of joy and forgiveness. Janie decided right there and then she was going to live to discover what it meant to say I love you.

"It is time to go..." A voice spoke with gentleness.

"Bye, my dear dad." She returned to reality. 'Them' had been going on for hours, but
their dialogue was blanked out. They yelled, blasphemed and cursed
with constancy. So, she needed to escape again.
When she returned to her dissociation, there was another character
anxious to make her acquaintance.

"I am the newest member of 'Us.' I am filled with zeal and courage
repressed all these years. I know that 'Us' must follow the narrow
path 'Jesus' to inherit eternal life. I am persuaded that the call on your
life is simple yet complicated: Protect the Children! Young and old.
God will empower you to remain in the true vine and His
Love."

"Courageous Janie? How can I protect the children when I am but a
child myself?" Little Janie spoke.

"First thing is first! We need to appeal to the Grand Inquisitor and
rewrite the constitution." Brave Janie uttered.

"Do I have to re-hash it all again?" Janie moaned, scared, so she
trembled in a tight ball.

"Please, Janie. Right now, you need 'Us' all 'Us.' In a blink, she
found herself on a crystal mountain filled with treasures of rubies and
diamonds. Then she heard the sweetest voice she could never
imagine, and it spoke to her.

"Follow me. I love you." She awoke with a jump. She knew Jesus had commissioned her. She wanted to stay in that moment with Jesus forever, but there was a task for her
and David. No longer did it seem like something they had concocted! For now, it was a complete reality! David was standing beside her. Jeremiah was in the crib. "My
darling, are you awake?"
