A/N: Hey loves! So I REALLY wanted to get this one out in time for Halloween because this episode is one of my favorite and, obviously, Halloween theme.
HAPPY (a little late) HALLOWEEN!
Usually I would give you an option to choose which costume you want but I figured I would just pick for you to make things easier. Feel free to change your costume in your head though! The pic above is your costume described in the story! I wanted to make it as simple as possible but its also necessary to the storyplot just a little bit.
BTW: Some parts of the episode will change for reader insert purposes. It's not much but its just some actions that the characters do.
REMEMBER: I will be only rewrite the episodes that I really need to do, so I will skip filler episodes (there is a lot of them) but also do my own chapters!!

Halloween was probably your most favorite holiday ever. Free candy for basically cosplaying, scary things, and amazing weather? You loved every minute of it. Every year, you and your brother, Zack, would dress up in the best costumes and would trick or treat around the neighborhood together.
This year was going to be extra special since you were going with your best friends. Your costume, this time, was the grim reaper. A black cape draped over your body with a matching hood on your head and in your hand, you held a plastic scythe. You thought about putting on a mask or some skeleton makeup on but decided against it. Wearing a mask around Milo Murphy? Probably not the best choice.
"Zack! Let's go! Melissa's waiting outside for us!" You called out to your brother as you grabbed your scythe.
"Just go outside! I'll be out in a bit!" He replied. You figured he was just putting on the rest of his costume.
You ran down the stairs and out the door to see a certain ginger waiting for you, like you expected. She was wearing a purple witch outfit and a pointy hat on her head.
"Hey, Melissa." You greeted her.
"Hey, (Y/n)." She looked over your costume. "Woah, nice grim reaper costume! Surprised you didn't go as a scientist or something."
"Thanks! And I did that last year...and the year before. Plus, I had this really cool black cape in my closet from a school play that I haven't used for a while. It's nice to finally use it."
"Now we just gotta wait for your brother. What's his costume?" She asked.
You shrugged. "Don't know. He won't tell."
Just then, you heard footsteps from behind and out came Zack in...nothing. Well, of course he was wearing clothes, but it was his casual clothing, not a costume. You and Melissa stared at him with confused expressions.
"What the hey-hey, bro-bro? Where's your costume?" You asked him.
"Just not feeling it this year. I didn't want to wear a costume." He said, as if it wasn't a big deal.
You gasped loudly and dramatically.
"No costume? Where is that Halloween spirit that you always used to have?"
