sky held the empty roll of duct tape in her eyes, and then threw it in the small trash can. she walked towards the doorway of the room, and glared at the white walls. i hope this fucking works. "let's get inside." steve insisted.

sky nodded, and headed back into the freezing cold weather. she shivered, as she ran inside of the house. she watched steve inside of the living room already practicing swinging the bat. "hey." she heard behind her.

she whipped around, and saw nancy standing directly in front of her. "i found these for you." she held up a bat, and another weapon that had a pointy end to it. nancy held them out for a moment before sky grabbed them from her. "thanks." she said.

"guys, over here now." they heard mike demand from the kitchen table. they walked over towards the kitchen, and saw a piece of paper with a bunch of random letters on it.

sky snuck up behind steve, and he had his hand out waiting for her to hold. she intertwined her cold fingers with his. sky felt states coming from her younger sister, so she looked over to see her winking at her. she quietly punched her arm.

steve glared at the piece of paper. is this gibberish? "what is that?" he questioned.

everyone glared at him. "morse code." they all replied in unison.

"he's talking to us." hopper informed.

sky pulled the paper towards her. "what could he be saying?" she asked.

mike pointed out the letters. "it says help. he's still inside. he needs us to help him!" he screamed.

the door slammed open, and joyce came running in alongside jonathon. "they're here." she told.

hopper ran over, and slammed the front door of the house. "get away from the windows!" he demanded.

sky let go of steve's hand, and ran for her bat. she swung it around, as she picked up the other weapon. she glared at the weapons. don't fuck up. a roar echoed around the small house. her heart beat grew louder, and louder when roars got louder.

glass shattered all over the living room floor, as one of the demo- dogs came flying through the living room window. they all glared at the monster. "is it dead?" max whispered.

hopper walked up closer, and kicked the dog, causing to move a little. "it's dead." he sighed.

sky heard the front door unlocking from the outside. she glared at the door knob opening. who has a key that's not here? their dad? wouldn't he be dead. the door slammed into the wall, revealing a smaller girl in a black leather jacket, and black jeans. "is that pony boy?" sky whispered to steve.

steve nudged her side with his elbow. "shut up." he demanded.

sky watched mike and the girl inch closer and closer together. "el." mike whimpered.

el? sky realized that it was the girl that dustin kept talking about the whole ride to the junkyard. "mike." el cried out.

she watched the two kids embrace. "where have you been?" mike asked.

sky heard hop behind her. "with me." he responded.

mike pulled away from the hug, and ran towards hopper. "you had her this whole time! how dare you!" he screamed, as he punched hopper's chest.

hopper grabbed mike's arm, and dragged him to the back of the house. "let's talk about this like adults." he demanded.

lucas walked up to eleven first. "this is max. eleven." he pointed at each other. eleven looked her up and down and looked back at dustin. eleven scanned the room, and spotted sky. she walked up to her. "pretty." she looked over at steve.

steve smiled, and pulled sky into his arms. "yeah, she is. isn't she?" he reassured.

"i'm sky." she introduced herself.

hopper came running back out to the living room. "let's go." he grabbed eleven's arm.

"you can't take her away already!" mike yelled.

hopper ignored mike. "joyce, jonathon, and nancy. let's go. i'm keeping you two in charge. don't make me regret that decision." he pointed at sky and steve.

sky, and steve nodded, as the front door slammed in mike's face. "steve, come help me with this." sky looked over at dustin trying to pick the dog up.

they both walked over to dustin struggling to pick up the dog. sky grabbed the legs, and pulled them up. the three held up the dog into the kitchen. steve grabbed the handle of the freezer, and pulled it open. sky pushed the dog inside of the freezer, and steve quickly slammed the door. "you'll be explaining this to miss. byers." he demanded dustin.

"we got to fight!" they heard mike yelling in the living room.

"no!" sky and steve yelled in unison.

mike glared at them. "we can't just sit around and wait!" he snarled.

"i'm not letting anything happen to you!" steve yelled
