Chapter 1

JACES POV

Clary, Abby and I walk through the door of the institute to see Isabelle waiting.

"OMG GIVE HER TO ME!!!"
I chuckle and Clary hands Abby over to her gently. Isabelle would be a great mother.
Alec downstairs and sees Isabelle holding the baby.
"Couldn't help yourself could you?"
"Shut up Alec."
Me and Clary laugh.

ALMOST 13 YEARS LATER

ABBY'S POV

I wake up at 10 since it's a Saturday. It's also my 13th birthday! I get up and go to my bathroom and brush my teeth. I then brush out my naturally wavy red hair. I have the same hair as my mom and I have gold eyes like my dad. I always get complements on my eyes. I throw on a black t-shirt, red and blue flannel, black leggings and black vans. What can I say I like black, and no I'm not goth. I go downstairs and see no one so I go upstairs in the garden and see my whole family there. My mom and dad, my aunt Isabelle, my uncles Alec,Simon and my sparkly uncle Magnus.
They all scream. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!"
I smile and hug them all.
"THANKSSSS!"
We then get to presents.
My mom and dad got me 3 new flannels and the video game assassins creed! My mom picked out the flannels and my dad picked out the game obviously! My aunt Isabelle got me some new mascara and also a pair of combat boots. My uncle Alec got me a pair of ray bans. My uncle Simon got me a skateboard and a leather jacket. And finally my uncle Magnus got me a sparkly Vans Off The Wall t-shirt and 2 pairs of leggings with a few sparkles. I thank them all so much for the awesome stuff they got me.
We go and eat at the pancake house!
We all go out to the mall and have a bunch of fun! When we get back at midnight I hug them all goodnight and go to bed.
