Happy Birthday
In life, we grow up and grow old. Some memories can be forgotten, but there are times when you just can’t forget the friendship you have with other people. The time when you all became united because of a single plan; Got united because of a single decision; and when you got united in saving a person you love. It might sound cliché or even mainstream but, almost all of the things that’ll happen in life are already written. So, whether it’s cliché or mainstream, friends are always there ready to help and ready to accept you with open arms.
As the whole 1st year Matthew had a blast in their locker rooms, Sophie herself still can’t believe the fact that the whole class saved her from a paparazzi stampede earlier. It’s something no one had ever done to her. Well, Skyler and Jacob would but they’ve known each other for a long time to make big deal out of it. So, it shocked Sophie to see that other people will still do that to her.
“So, what should we do now?” Jordin asked
“A singing contests?” Amber asked
“You’ll make fun of me” Cody said
“We wouldn’t, I swear” Amber said. Crossing her fingers behind her back
“Why? What’s up with his singing? I’m sure that it can’t be that bad, right?” Sophie asked, it seems that there’s something that she’s missing. Something that she don’t know and she asked suddenly to her seatmate at class, Adrian Henderson this
“Hey, how long have you guys been together?”
“10 to 11 years I think? Some of us had been together ever since kindergarten. Derrick and our school superstar Mitchell have known each other ever since their born. Mitchell’s dad and Derrick’s dad are really close. So, Mitchell changed schools when he’s in nursery and met Derrick. While Amber and Cody’s case is different, they know each other for 10 years. Like siblings already. Why d’you ask?” Adrian said
“Well, it’s just the fact that you guys are really close, super close to be just classmates.” Sophie said
“Well, how bout’ you in DiamondAcademy?” Adrian said
“Yeah, the school my dear Britney Spears entered” Tyler said, butting in their conversation
“Wait, Britney never entered DiamondAcademy?” Sophie said
“She did!” Tyler screamed
“She didn’t, besides DiamondAcademy is for heirs and heiresses all over America. It’s not for soon to be pop stars.” Sophie said
“I agree with her.” Adrian said
“Same here” Celine said
“Tch” Tyler said and Adrian and Celine laughed
Sophie stared at them and rolled her eyes. It just freaks her out on how close they all are. On how fun it would have been to be together like them.
“So, Amber will start the competition. Contestants are, Amber Schmidt, Cody Cyrus, Tyler Spears, Adrian Henderson, Celine Paterson, Nicole Lee, Sophie Smith,” Colleen got interrupted by a scream
“What?” Sophie screamed
“C’mon it’s for fun. So, I’ll continue, if you wouldn’t mind.” Colleen said
“Fine,” Sophie said
“C’mon live a little, it’s your Birthday.” Colleen said smiling
Sophie showed a small smile
“So, Sophie Smith, Daniel Parker, Kimberly Griffin and Joyce Wyatt, those are the contestants and let the competition begin!” Colleen said, handing the fake microphone to Amber. The microphone is a hairbrush owned by Sydney Parkinson.
