Here are some things you should know about and how to take care of it properly ! :D

Tips ~

• Skip the long, steamy showers. Long hot showers strip skin of its moisture and wash away protective oils. So limit showers to 10 minutes and keep the water cool.

• Scratch a small area on your arm or leg with your fingernail. If it leaves a white mark, your skin is indeed dry and needs both moisture and exfoliation.

• De-Puff Your Eyes With Raw Potatoes

• Toothpaste Zaps Pimples

• Use ice cubes to keep fat, acne, and wrinkles away. Massage an ice cube over your face until it melts. Do this every night before bed and keep fat, acne, and wrinkles under control.

• Apply sunscreen daily. Rain or shine. Even if its cloudy. The suns ultraviolet rays pass even through the clouds.

• For dry skin, use olive oil. It also removes makeup! No need to buy makeup remover!

Hair Masks ~

* Eggs are packed with numerous nutrients that make it one of the most perfect foods in our diets. Eggs are well known for their very rich source of protein. In fact, the protein found in eggs is the highest quality protein you can ever find in any food. Using eggs in your hair will make it shiny and super soft.

How to make an egg hair mask ~

Ingredients:

• One egg
• 1 cup of milk (for shoulder length hair use 1/2 cup)
• A squeeze of lemon
• Two tablespoons of olive oil

Step:

• 1. With one or two eggs, depending on the length and volume of your hair, separate the egg whites and egg yolk. Beat the separated egg yolks in a clean barter.

• 2. Add 1 cup of milk and two table spoons of olive oil to the gooey egg mixture and mix well.

• 3. Add a squeeze of a lemon to the mixture for a refreshing feel of your scalp. Tip: Mix the mask by whisking with an egg beater.

• 4. Massage well into scalp, working from the roots to the hair ends, and let it sit for at least fifteen minutes. Cover with a disposable plastic shower cap as you do not want egg-y drops everywhere.

• 5. Using lukewarm or cold water, rinse very well and effectively, tackling all areas of your scalp to get rid of egg bits.

• 6. Use an organic fruit shampoo to make a final cleanse of your hair.

Quick Tips:

• 1. Make sure to wash your hair very very well, especially if you have really long hair. Do not use hot water to wash your hair - this will cook the eggs in the mask, and you will have cooked egg bits stuck around your hair strands. Unless you want a snack! Just kidding but use cold water, and rinse out as many times as necessary.

• 2. After ridding your hair of the egg mixture, you can lather in an amazing strawberry shampoo (or any delicious smelling shampoo) to your hair, so that all the egg-y smells are gone.

• 3. Don't over proportionate the lemon juice. It may give you a burning sensation on your scalp. Use the ratio 1:2 of lemon juice to egg yolk.

• 4. You might want to do an egg hair mask at least once a month, if you hate the smell and feel of egg in your hair.

• 5. Use egg whites for oily greasy hair and egg yolk for dry brittle hair. Use whole egg for normal hair.

* Bananas are super rich in potassium, vitamins, anti-oxidants and contain natural oils and moisture. Bananas will moisturize, strengthen hair to prevent breakage and split ends, and maintain natural hair elasticity as well as making hair appear bouncy and healthy.
