I looked over to Tom only to see a brow raised at Todd "I know that we just Uh, we just met today. But um, I was uh... just wondering." I looked back at Todd and sent him a smile.
"If you'd want to, I don't know if you already have a ride. I mean, of course you do, but um, if you want me to take you home that's fine, I won't mind."
I laughed a bit and shook my head"Sure, why not?" A smile graced Todd's lips in response as Tom butt in "Hey, (N/n)? Can I talk to you for a minute?" I nodded my head and held up my finger to Todd as if to say"One second"
Tom pulled me off to the side, away from Todd"You know who that is right?" I nodded my head"Yeah"
"Todd, you know, the guy who's apart of Edwardo's group?"
"Yup, I know"
"Okay, well don't you think that this is somewhat suspicious?"
I shook my head 'no' in response"Nope, seems normal to me"
"Well, aren't they all out for your blood at this point?"
I nodded my head again"Yeah, Tom, he's just my partner for a project I'm working on, whats the big deal?"
"The 'big deal' is if Tord-"
He stopped himself, and put a hand over his mouth as I raised a brow"Tom. What about Tord..?" He shook his head while moving his hand away from his mouth as he ran off"Have fun with that project of yours"
"Damn it! Tom!"
He waved a hand back at me but didn't turn around as I stomped my foot in anger. I walked back over to Todd "so, you good to go?" He nodded his head while saying"Shall we?"
I laughed a bit"We shall"
The car ride to my house was full of conversation as the two of us talked through out the car ride. I was still curious about what Tom was gonna say but I managed to push it to the back of my head.

Once I got home (C/n) was quick to run over to me, staring at me as she brushed up against me meowing"No, (C/n), you can't have food yet, it's not dinner time" she continued to meow at me as I shook my head and flopped down on the couch.
Once I turned the tv on my phone made a buzzing noise, causing me to pull it out of my pocket as a message from Tord could be seen on the screen.

they let me out early
I smiled a bit to myself as another message popped up on screen

He didn't do anything

I raised a brow at the response he gave me as I narrowed my eyes at the screen a bit

I wasn't really convinced but I decided to leave it alone for now and changed the subject to something else.

A couple of seconds after Tord responded, as the mood of the conversation quickly shifted back to what it normally is.
