It was Monday. Tara was unpacking her kazoo when her friend Suzy came up to her.

"Hi Tara!!!!"

"Hi Suzy."

"What are you up to?"

"Nothing, just unpacking my kazoo."

Suzy was beautiful. Tara could never be like her. Suzy had lush brown locks that all the boys loved. Tara had her stupid, naturally blonde wavy hair, and no one took her seriously as a blonde. Not to mention, her hips were curvy, her face was slender but had sharp cheekbones, and her eyes were emerald green orbs that could change color. She didn't think she was that pretty. Suzy wore tight skirts and sweaters, while Tara had a black t-shirt, a jean skirt, fishnet leggings, black Converse, and some red lipstick to match.

"Listen up, it's time for class," said Mr. Note. Everyone got ready for class. "We have a new student, Peter."

Tara was never interested in boys. But this boy was different. She wasn't attracted to him, but he had golden hair, and orbs of ocean blue under his golden eyebrows. He was tall, almost towering over the conductor stand.

"Hello, I am Peter," said Peter, introducing himself.

"Hi Peter," said the class.

"Peter is a kazooist," said Mr. Note.

No way! Tara thought. She was a kazooist!

Peter sat right next to her. Tara blushed. Oh my God, was she in love?

"Let us begin warm up exercises," said Mr. Note. "Let's play A. A?"

AAAAAAAAAAAAA went the orchestra.

"D?"

DDDDDDDDDDDD went the orchestra.

"An E from the violins?"

EEEEEEEEEEEEE went the high strings.

"C?"

CCCCCCCCCCCC went the low strings.

"Very good."

"I'm Peter," whispered Peter, introducing himself to Tara.

"Hi Peter, I'm Tara."

"Come here often, a girl like you?"

"What?"

"Sorry, just trying out some pick up lines."

"Lovebirds, quit it," exclaimed Mr. Note.

"He's not my boyfriend!" Tara growled.

The entire class laughed. "HAHAHAHA," they snickered.

Tara turned red.
