Claus scoffed.
"More importantly... who are YOU?"
The boy in the scarf backed away from him as Claus pointed his finger right at him.
"M-my names Ninten."
Claus pulled it away and gave a slight smile.
"Claus."
Lucas looked around shyly. "Why don't we all introduce ourselves? Since we're all in a circle... we can start from me and go clockwise. I'm Lucas."
"Kayleigh."
"Marcia."
Claus looked at them and then laughed.  "You already know me!"
The boy in the scarf chimed in, "yeah. For a good 2 seconds Claus."
  "Anyway...!" Kayleigh broke in. Next!
"...Ninten."
"Ana."
"Lloyd."
"Teddy."
"Okay and then you four?" Kay asked.
"Ness." The boy smiled. He looked a lot like Ninten.
"Paula!"
"Jeff..."
"Poo."
Claus chuckled. "Is that really your name...?"
"Shush kid. It's very formal."
"Yeah... for a five year old."
Poo glared at him, but held himself back. Kayleigh sighed.
"Only you would be one to laugh at that..."
"Hey! I saw you giggling too!"
She backed away a bit. "I didn't call it out..."
Marcia walked in between them and held her hands out. "More Importantly! We should try to figure out what's going on. How'd you guys get here...?"
"To tell ya the truth miss... I dunno. We just... all disappeared through some kinda portal whatever." Ness said.
"Stupid portals!" Kay kicked the ground. She'd never been fond of them, though she travels through them all the time.
"But Ness... how are we ever going to get back? My family will be worried..." Paula said nervously.
"That's something we're gonna have to figure out... we will..."
Ninten was already on the other side. "4th-D-Slip!" He started zooming and then fell over.
"My-my Psi..."
"Pk freeze!" A slight blue glow came out of Ana's hand but it disappeared.
"Our psi isn't working..."
Soon all the children were trying (or At least those who could...) and nothing worked.
Ness sighed. "Can't teleport... guess our powers are useless... what're we gonna do now...?"
Kay looked freaked out. "I-I don't understand! It was working fine yesterday! What's going on?!!" She screamed so it could be heard all through the town.     Lucas just patted her shoulder until she calmed down. Which... she probably didn't but at least until she looked calm. "We'll figure this out, Kay... we've just gotta..." some of them looked up at the sky where the children fell from.
