Andy sighed in content as he walked into his house. His dad slammed the door behind him and silently stared at him. Andy was too busy floating on cloud nine to notice. "Your dad seems upset" Zerin says making Andy come back to reality.
"I don't like him" his dad says after a few more moments of silence. Andy groans heavily and flops onto the couch. "You haven't even given him a chance" he says groaning into a pillow he placed on his face.
"He just doesn't seem like the best for you" his dad says trying to reason with him. He only wanted what's best for his son. He knows that Andy had gotten bullied a lot in the past. He'd finally made friends, he didn't want boy problems to add ruin him.
"But he's an amazing guy" he says through the pillow. "An amazingly wonderful cute guy" Andy says starting to float again with just the thought of the gorgeous brunet. "Please make it stop" Zerin begs and starts to make gagging sounds. Andy rolls his eyes "oh hush stupid" he says then tuning him out. His dad stares at him again before sighing "I just don't think he's a good guy" he says.
"But dad I promise he's amazing and he treats me nice" Andy says trying his hardest to get his dad to approve of him. He needed to break the news of the two of them dating and he didn't want to do it while he still thought bad of him. His dad sighs again before nodding "okay, if he makes you happy then I'm happy" he says.
Andy jumps off the couch and into his arms, thanking him profusely. "Anything for you son" he says smiling at him. "So that means it's okay for us to date" Andy says nervously. His dad nodded begrudgingly"yes but if he breaks your heart,I'll kill him". Andy rolled his eyes smiled at him and hugged him again.
Andy pulls away and says goodnight before heading up the stairs to his room. He quickly changes into his pajamas and flops onto his bed. He sighed in content for the second time that night as he thought about Rye. He was finally his.
"Even though the thoughts you have about him disgusts me, I'm happy that you're happy" Zerin says making Andy smile. "Thank you Z, I love you" he says back. "Yeah yeah whatever go to sleep" Zerin says sarcastically. Andy rolls his eyes and falls asleep rather quickly. Zerin groans as he sees his dreams are full of images of Rye.
