Chapter 7: A Broken heart Part 2

"We-Wei Wuxian!" Jiang Cheng pushed Lan Xichen away and stood up. 

"Th—that was... it was an accident" He explained to him and shot a glare at Lan Xichen. Their position was really awkward and embarrassing, Lan Xichen was on top of him as if he was pushing him down. Jiang cheng was too embarrassed that he can't explain the situation well, he keep pausing and he keep looking at Lan Xichen asking for help which only made it look fishy.

"Hahaha! So that's how it is! Be careful next time!" Wei Wuxian chuckled.

"I'm sorry young Wei, I hope you didn't misunderstood us." Lan Xichen smiled at him after explaining the situation better. He turned to Jiang Cheng and smiled again.

"Be extra careful next time Wanyin".

"Ok, I gotta go now! I forgot I need to do something!" Wei Wuxian said and left instantly. He walk slowly and little by little his pace fastened and without realizing it, he's already running....

"Why did he come here if he's going to leave right away?" Lan Xichen asked.

He knows Jiang Cheng for a long time, they grow up together, live together and watch over each other. If he's not the one who knows him well then there's no one does. He knows that look, he knows what those eyes of him mean, he know him very well that even he want to deny it he couldn't. He want to scream, he want to talk with someone to ease the pain but to who?

Wei Wuxian stopped on his feet after realizing that he's already on the rooftop, he covered his eyes and murmured "This sucks". He felt miserable... He knows that there's nothing between Xichen and him but, it still hurts to be rejected without even confessing. 

Jiang Cheng knew that Wei Wuxian liked Lan Xichen for a long time but nothing can stop one's heart to fall in love. But still... No one confirmed anything, about their feelings and relationship. Jiang Cheng like Lan Xichen? That must be the case, but how about Lan Xichen? Who knows... But one thing is for sure, if Jiang Cheng like Lan Xichen there's nothing he could do. He can't get between them or tell Jiang Cheng to stop because... Even though he always tease and act freely around the Jiang Family. There's no way he could steal anyone or anything from his brother, from the son of the family he's indebted to.

Smile, make a joke of it and tell everyone that it's nothing serious. That's right, that's what he's good at... Pretending to be okay and smile sweetly without a hint of sadness.
