The Prophecy

Chapter 5

Half an hour later the room was literally full. Everyone was here and we had already skipped the introduction part. Chase and Aiden as they promised they brought vodka and whisky and Monica brought some CD’s even though we hadn’t the volume turn up that much cause this get-together was kind of secrets and we didn’t want to get in trouble. 

''Isabelle can you give me a little more of this?'' I turned to Aiden unable to hold back a soft laugh but I took his cup and split some vodka in it.

''I’m Annabelle I told him giving him his glass back.'' He laughed and mouthed sorry as he rose to his feet to go probably to my sister.

''They cant say who is who now your hair is straight''. A soft voice behind me said. I turned and came face to face with Ryan’s gray eyes.

''They are still new.'' I defended them sitting back in the bed to give him some space.

''They’ll get used to it.'' I add and glanced at Chase who was chatting with Monica. I rolled my eyes when I heard her giggle but it didn’t bother me. She knew Chase was mine, there was no way she was flirting with him. They were just talking. I hoped at least. Well we had made out so that made him mine didn’t it? 

''You like him?'' Ryan asked. I shook my head and turned to him with what I hoped was a innocent look on my face

'No. I just want to get to know them.''  He waved his head to Isabelle’s and Aiden’s direction.

''What about them?'' 

''Them… I think Isabelle likes him.'' I replied looking in their direction. My sister was taking her drink and Aiden was saying something to her making her laugh.

''It’s obvious.'' He replied

''Which is obvious? Suddenly Chase sat right beside me and gave me a glass full with vodka.

''Erm…thanks?''

''Your welcome sweetheart.''  He smiled and I melted inside but tried not to show anything.

''You can tell how am I don’t you?'' I teased him

''How could I not recognized the lips I’ve kissed Anna?'' For a second I forgot Ryan's presents and smiled but when I remember he was right beside me I froze.

''You what?''  He exclaimed gazing between us

''Your friend here didn’t tell you? Before I come here we kind of make out at a club.'' 

''Chase!'' I warned him and turned to Ryan

''Tell me that he’s lying.'' He said in disbelief giving me a harsh look. I swallowed. Oh oh

''Look Ryan I-''

''Seriously now Annabelle?'' He cut me off. And he looked really pissed off
''Making out with a total stranger? I just ask you if you liked him and you said no!'' He yelled and rose to his feet. I shot Chase a killing look and stood up as well.

''Ryan listen i… It was,…'' I stuttered not really know what to say. He catch me lying at him d*mmmit! Why couldnt i just admit that i liked Chase and be doen with it?

''An accident?'' He asked sarcastically

''What happened guys?''   Monica asked suddenly showing up. I ignored her 

''Just listen Ryan it wasn’t like-'' I tried again

''Why you giving him explanations? Is he your boyfriend?'' Chase asked me but he was starring at Rayan

''No he’s not.''  Monica answered for me. Ryan had still he’s eyes on me so I didn’t looked away either.

''Then what’s the problem?'' Out of nowhere Chase’s hands were on my waist and I felt his hot breath on my neck.  My stomach did a funny thing and i knew my heart must have skipped a beat. Ryan’s eyes went wide and after he shot him a hateful look he turned and walked away.
