The Prophecy

Chapter 8

                                  [ISABELLE’S POV]

‘’I cant find her.’’  I said to Monica 

‘’Where she might be?’’  She asked

‘’Have no idea.’’ I exhaled and keep searching the room but Anabelle was nowhere to be seen. Aiden was looking at me

‘’Wait here.’’ I said and headed to him

‘’Hey.’’ He said smiling when he saw me

‘’Hey. Have you seen my sister around?’’ Suddenly his eyes darkened and he look around the room

‘’No.’’ He said, his voice icy

-‘’s she with your brother?’’ I asked my voice low from his previous reaction. Why his mood changed so much all of a sudden.

‘’Stay here.’’ He said and before I could even reply he turned and walk out of the cafeteria. What has gotten into him?

 He told me to wait here but I couldn’t. I glance back at the girls who were talking to Ryan, probably asking him about Annabelle and I walked out of the room following Aiden.

  He passed the corridor and came to a halt like he heard something and then keep on walking outside. Why he was heading outside? I followed him and saw someone hugging someone… Well probably Chace and Annabelle.

  And then Aiden screamed his brother’s name and in a blink of an eye he was there. He catch Chace from the shoulder and literally throw him on the ground. And then Annabelle fall.

‘’Annabelle!!’’ I scream and run there as fast as I could with my high heels. Thank God Aiden catch her and lay her on the ground.

  I kneeled beside her and my eyes fell to her neck. It was covered with blood. My whole body was shaking.

‘’What did you do to her!’’ I screamed at Chace who was standing in the shadows frozen

‘’Listen to me Isabelle your sister is-‘’ Aiden tried to said but I wasn’t listening. Instead I was walking to Chace’s direction with my blood boiling inside me. I didn’t knew what was I doing because my rage had take over me. But Aiden catch my wrist and pulled me back

‘’She’s fine.’’ He told me looking me straight in my eyes.

‘’Let me go!!’’ I screamed and when he did I went to Annabelle

‘’An?’’  I asked my voice barely coming out. It was more like a whispered actually. No answer from Annabelle

‘’You cant leave me.’’  I said again and felt tears escaping my eyes.

‘’You can’t…’’

‘’I’m sorry Isabelle but this is the only way.’’  I heard Aiden saying behind me. I turned to him

‘’What?’’  He kneeled in front of me and put his hands on my shoulders. Then he stare at me eyes.

‘’You’re getting sleepy. You’re tired and you need to sleep.’’  He said in a low voice. I could barely keep my eyelids open.

‘’Just sleep and everything’s gonna be alright.’’  He assured me. 

 And that was the last thing I remembered.

                                 [ANNABELE’S POV]

 When I opened my eyes at first it was all a blur. Then it started to got cleaner. I was in a room but not my own. And then flashes of what had happened came to my mind. Chace was kissing me and then… then he bit me. I sat up on the bed and I saw him sitting at the edge of it.
