CHAPTER 18

MINZENG'S POV
Since we both started going out, now I know what do I have to do to finish my project... Casually, it results that I already had the last couple photographed...

I didn't notice it, but Chaeyoung and I have been taking selfies on every place we visited together... So yeah, I was blind for not realizing that I already had the work done...

And now, I just need to paint... I'll paint, and everything will go smoothly... My collection will be ready soon...

-Time skip some months later-

After contacting with an art teacher in a University, I finally got the chance to expose my collection titled "Seoul's lovely air"

And soon, lots of people started recognizing my work... I can say that my hard work was all worth it since it was really successful... All the people wanted to visit it...

I felt really proud of myself... I just wanted people to see the world the same way I do... And this means a lot... It became really popular too...

Not only around the citizens, but also with famous singers such as Kim Namjoon from the boy group BTS. I was really surprised by how almost everyone liked it...

-Mr. Dong: Mr. Choi, could we talk in private a moment? (smiles)
-Minzeng: Yeah, of course...

I follow him to an office and he makes me take a sit... He's the teacher who helped me to make my work arrive to the rest of people... I'm so thankful for his help...

-Minzeng: What's wrong Mr. Dong?
-Mr. Dong: Your collection... (smiles) It became really popular...
-Minzeng: Yeah, I'm really thankful for that... (smiles)
-Mr. Dong: So uhm... The thing is that the high society and so is asking for meeting the artist behind this master piece... I think we should do something like a party or something like that... (smiles)
-Minzeng: Really? They want to meet me? (smiles)
-Mr. Dong: Yeah, plus it's possible for someone to try to buy the collection... You know how this spoiled rich generations are...
-Minzeng: Sell my works? I don't plan to sell this collection... At least not a part... It is way too personal... Is something that I want to keep for the future... (smiles)
-Mr. Dong: I'm not the one who you need to tell so... Let's do a party... Oh, and one more thing... You have received an offer, to have an exposition of the collection in Rome, Italy... They offer a big amount of money, would you be interested? (smiles)
-Minzeng: Hmm... I don't know, I need to talk it with someone before taking any decision... (smiles)

-Mr. Dong: Oh, okay... Just give me an answer before next Monday... I need to answer them back, okay? (smiles)
-Minzeng: Yeah... (smiles) So, if you excuse me, I'll be heading back already... Thanks for your work Mr. Dong (smiles and bows)

I then leave and get inside my car, for now, my collection is at the local museum, which became really popular lately and pays me for having the collection there... It's a great business...

Of course, I also understand that the high society and so, wants to know about me since I haven't revealed my face yet... And about the offer in Italy, I need to talk with Chaeyoung first...

-Time skip until you arrive your flat-

Ah, I'm really tired... I think that I'm going to prepare something fast for dinner, take a shower and go to sleep...

I open the door, and I see the lights turned on... And then suddenly Chaeyoung comes quickly to the entrance to greet me...

-Chaeyoung: Oppa! (smiles) Welcome back~ (pecks you)
-Minzeng: Hi (chuckles) What are you doing here? I thought you would be at the company still...
-Chaeyoung: We ended up having the afternoon free... (smiles) And I decided to prepare the dinner since I thought that you would arrive tired...
-Minzeng: You know me really good (hugs Chaeyoung) Thanks for this, seriously... I'm really tired... Lot of people keep on visiting it everyday... (smiles)
-Chaeyoung: That's great, you've achieved your goal... Everyone is admiring your art oppa (smiles)
-Minzeng: You are right... I think I can finally feel proud of myself... (smiles) By the way, I keep on receiving lots of offers... But I would like to discuss them with you first...
-Chaeyoung: Why would you discuss them with me? (confused) It's your work, you should do what you think it's the best for you... (smiles)

-Minzeng: Yeah... But it was made thanks to the both of us not only me... It is way too personal to do some things... And you are my girlfriend, of course I want to hear what you think about it... (smiles)
-Chaeyoung: I love it (smiles)
-Minzeng: You love what? (teasing)
-Chaeyoung: I love you oppa (embarrassed)
-Minzeng: Aw, I love you too (smiles and starts eating)
-Chaeyoung: So... Which offers do you want to discuss with me? (chewing)
-Minzeng: Well, Mr. Dong told me that I should organize a party since there are some people who wants to meet the face behind my art...
-Chaeyoung: A party?! Sounds really fun... (lights up)
-Minzeng: It would be something with a fancy and expensive concept... You know, tuxedo and so... I always wanted to have a party like that (chuckles)
-Chaeyoung: I think it's a great idea... Sounds really fun... Seriously... (smiles)
-Minzeng: Would you like to assist to it too? (smiles)
-Chaeyoung: It would be awesome! Ah, but I don't know if I'll have any schedule...
-Minzeng: Don't worry, I don't have any date yet... Just tell me whenever you are free so you can come without problems (smiles)
-Chaeyoung: Thanks oppa, you are the best! (chuckles) So, which any other offers do you have?
-Minzeng: Well, some of them proposed to sell my collection to the high society, but I feel it is way too personal... Maybe the next one, but not this one...
-Chaeyoung: Why don't you want to sell it?
-Minzeng: Because thanks to it, I fell in love with you, and I realized it... (smiles)
-Chaeyoung: (blushes) Fine, oppa I'm happy you decided to keep it... So, any other offer?
-Minzeng: Yeah, they offered me to have an exhibition in Rome, Italy...
