Steve rushed into the hospital as fast as he could.

"Natasha Rogers"Steve said quickly at the reception
"Room 108"they said

He run worried blaming himself.Just the doctor went out of her room.

"Oh you must be her husband"The Doctor said
"Yes please tell me what happened is she okay?"steve asked
"Your wife had a car accident we managed to save them"the doctor said
"Save them?"Steve asked
"Oh you didn't know? Mr Rogers your wife is pregnant"the doctor said
"What?"he asked shocked
"I am sorry that's for you and her to discus"the doctor said
"Can I see her?"Steve asked desperate
"Yes she is not awake yet from the pain medicine but it's nothing to worry about she will be up in some hours or days"The Doctor said
"Thank you so much"Steve said breathing now

Steve sight in relief and entered the room the imagine of her being on the hospital bed with wireless connecting on her body made his heart jump.

It was his fault only his fault for not trusting her he is insecure when she said she loved him.And this almost made him lost everything Natasha and his.. his unborn child he couldn't believe it he risked both of their lives for nothing.

He sat on the chair beside her bed and took her hand in his.She was so beautiful she was glowing how can he not understand it of course she was pregnant she had all the symptoms.

But why not telling him? She should have told him he needed to know! He had every right to know!

Maybe she was scared maybe she didn't know all these passed thru his mind and the only thing for sure was that he could imagine their life now he Natasha and their child.

2 days after....

"Steve you should get some sleep"Wanda said
"I am not leaving her Wanda!"Steve said
"You are so stubborn Steve you need to eat you need to sleep"Wanda said
"She wouldn't want you like this"Maria said
"I am not leaving her"Steve said still holding Natasha's hand

All Natasha heard was voices she wanted to open her eyes but she was too weak.She tried harder but couldn't she moved her fingers a little.

Steve had fallen asleep now on the chair with his head on the bed.

"Maria look"Wanda said looking at her fingers
"Oh god"Maria said smiling

Natasha opened her eyes slowly slowly cause it was pretty light.She look at Wanda and Maria who were in her face trying to see her and smiled.

"Oh god you are awake thank god"Maria said
"He has been so worried about you"Wanda said sadly as Natasha took a look at steve
"What happened?"Natasha asked
"You were in a car accident"Wanda said calmly
"What?"Natasha asked trembling

Steve heard her voice and quickly woke up looking at her his heart went on it's place.

"Natasha are you okay you are fine I am here"Steve said
"Steve tell me my babies are my babies okay please steve"she said yelling from worrying
"Look at me"Steve said taking her face in his hands
"Please Steve tell me please"she said sobbing
"The baby is fine please calm down"Steve said

He hugged her tight and kissed her forehead as she fall back on the bed.

"Everything is fine I am here everything is gonna be okay I promise you"Steve said assuring her one more time

She relaxed in his embrace and touched her belly to feel her baby.

"I am gonna call a doctor"Steve said leaving the girls

"Congrats Natasha"Wanda said excited
"I can't believe it"Maria said smiling
"I can't believe it either"Natasha said smiling

"Everything is alright"Steve said entering the room
"Oh well we are gonna give you some privacy right Maria?"Wanda said taking Maria's hand
"What why?"Maria asked but Wanda shut her down and they left

Steve looked at Natasha who was laughing at her two best friends.

"Steve?"Natasha asked
"What baby you need something?"Steve asked worried
"No relax please lay with me it's so cold"Natasha said making a cute face
"Natasha I don't wanna hurt you"Steve said looking at the monitors
"It's cold I wanna sleep in your embrace"she said making place for him

He layed beside her taking her in his embrace.

"Why didn't you tell me?"he asked looking at the wall in front of him
"I wanted to be sure"she said caressing his chest
"When did you learn?"he asked
"When we went for your business trip I was feeling so nauseous and I missed my period so I thought"she said

"That's a week ago Natasha"Steve said
"Yea I wanted to see a doctor Steve to make sure"she said
"But you made the test it said positive why didn't you tell me?"steve asked again
"I was on pills I wasn't sure"Natasha said
"What? But I took your pills"Steve said looking at her
"I know that's why I bought others"Natasha said looking down
"Why would you do that?"steve asked
"I was scared Steve"she said ready to tear up
"Aren't you now?"steve asked

"I am but I love my babies"she said
"I love our baby too Natasha but I mean how you took pills and got pregnant"Steve asked
"You are not angry?"she asked
"Well I am but you are pregnant we are having a baby I can't be mad"he said kissing her
"Pills work 99% we were on 1% wow I mean you should have really good sperm"Natasha said teasing him he laughed with her and kissed her again

But he looked sad like something was bothering him.

"Hey what's wrong?"she asked looking at his baby blue eyes
"Look what could have happened because of me!"steve said cursing himself
"No stop it look at me we are here I am okay the babies are okay!"Natasha said taking his face in her hands
"I am sorry I love you and our baby so much"steve said hugging

"Good now daddy go and get mommy food from McDonald's your baby is hungry and this food is trash"Natasha said looking at the hospital food
"Whatever you want"Steve said kissing her one more time before leaving

Natasha just stared at the wall and then careless her belly she was gonna be a mum she couldn't believe it she is gonna have a baby.

*knock knock*

"Come in"Natasha said
"Hi Natasha"

"Axel?"she asked
"Yea it's me how are you?"Axel asked
"I am okay now thank you"she said smiling at him
"Can I come in?"Axel asked
"Of course"she said

She tried to play it nice he was her best friend she didn't even know how he came obsessed with her.

He walked in with a big basket with chocolates chips and flowers he sat beside her bed on the chair.

"I am so sorry I heard what happened"Axel said
"Thank you"Natasha said she didn't really know the reason he came
"I came here to apologized i am so sorry Natasha I hope you can forgive me I will try and be the best friend you except me to be"Axel said  sadly

She took his hands in her and smiled.

"I forgive you"she said smiling

He looked at her with tears in the eyes.

"Come here"she said hugging

She missed him she missed her old best friend the one that she used to have to tell her pain to help her before they started dating she loved him of course but as a friend.

"Plan in action"Axel said as he walked out of her room
