General Hux how you met in further detail

Y\N’s second mission was coming up and she knew it was important. If she were being blunt that is all she knew. What she didn't was that none other than THE General Hux was going to walk into her room with Captain Phasma. 

"This is her?" The General questions, looking at me for a few seconds before letting out a snort.

"You’re trusting this failure of a trooper to protect me. Just wait until the Supreme Leader hears about this." He says scornfully every word that left his mouth was more and more disheartening. I instantly found myself disliking this man even if he was my superior.

"With all due respect Sir, she is the best in her class by far, and is the sole reason that the mission on Yavin 4 was successful," the Captain responded both defending me and also shutting down everything Hux said. I had to bite back a laugh because of the look of annoyance on his face. 

"Well hurry along trooper and follow me." He said at last after regaining his composure.

"Yes Sir," I uttered with only a sliver of sarcasm that was undetected.

After yet another very successful mission.

"Well, I must say soldier you were better than I anticipated. In fact, you have a lot more potential especially compared to the other troopers. “

"Thank you, sir," I say my voice laced with a bit of pride but also confusion.

"In fact, you are so talented I wish for you to be my second in command, my second pair of eyes I guess. Well, what do you think?" He looks at me in anticipation, not knowing what I was thinking because of my mask.

"Yes, I'll take the job." My confusion was now replaced with joy if only my parents could see me now I thought.

"Oh and Y/n you don't need to wear that mask anymore I'll send someone with an  officer uniform straight away." He said smiling slightly 

"Yes, sir. Thank you, sir." I gave him a salute before walking back to my room with thoughts of commanding people alongside Hux danced in my head.
