After Josh and his friends escape from the cell, Tyler and the Sultan come into their palace hall, preparing for the wedding. Tyler's maids stand behind them.
"I can't tell you how happy I am, Tyler." He said.
"I know it seems so sudden, but it's as if I've known him my whole life."
Jenna turns to Kristin and Carrie.
"I can't say that I saw this one coming..."
Suddenly, Josh runs in.
"Your majesty, Prince Tyler, there's something you need to know..."
"Oh, he already told me!" The Sultan said. "Looks Luke we have a wedding to prepare for! There is so much to be done!"
The Sultan huddles puts his arms around Josh and Tyler.
"My boy, you're not only to become a husband, you're also to become Sultan!"
When Josh heard him say that, he was shocked.
"Sultan? Me?"
"Of course!" The Sultan cried. "A person of your unimpeachable moral character is just what this kingdom needs!"
The Sultan runs off to go plan for the wedding, leaving Josh, still in the state of shock.
"Moral character??"
Tyler takes his hand.
"Is something wrong, Mali?"
"What?" Josh cried. "Oh, no, of course not!"
Kristin takes Tyler's hand.
"Come on, Prince!"
Carrie takes his other hand.
"We've got lots to do!"
As the maids take Tyler to go get ready for the wedding, Brendon comes back with his lamp in hand.
"I'm all packed!" He cried. "How did it go with the Prince?"
Josh feels his eyes flooding with tears. He breaks down.
"I couldn't do it." He said. "He wants to marry Mali. And now they want to make him Sultan. How am I going to rule a kingdom? All of those people will be counting on me! The only reason anyone thinks I'm anything is become of you!"
"What are you trying to tell me, Josh?" Brendon asked, trying to hold back his own tears.
"I-I can't set you free. I might need that wish someday."
During the conversation, Gerard and Frank sneak in, eavesdropping.
"How did Prince Adoodoo escape the guards?" Frank asked.
"Quiet!" Gerard shouted.
Brendon looks down to the ground, deeply hurt by Josh's words.
"Okay... I understand. Hey, after all, you've lied to everyone else. I was starting to feel left out. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll be in my prison cell."
He takes one last look at his master.
"Have a nice wedding, Josh."
With his final words, he disappears into the lamp, which sits on the ground.
Seeing his friend gone, Josh begins to regret what he said.
"Bren, wait! I'm sorry! Really! I'm just under pressure and..."
Nothing he says convinces him.
"You know what? Fine! Stay in there! See if care!"
Flustered, Josh paces away from the lamp as Gerard and Frank confer.
"Of course!" Gerard cried. "He's not a prince at all! He's the Diamond in the Rough!"
"And there's the lamp!" Frank added.
Josh looks to his senses, and plans to make a final decision.
"Tell the truth, lose the Prince, or keep the Prince, and live a lie."
He looks up.
"I want you to be proud of me, Ma."
He looks back down.
"But this isn't it."
Just as he leaves, Frank retrieves the lamp and gives it to Gerard.
"Looks like Prince Adoodoo made a boo-boo!" Frank cried.
"At last!" Gerard added.
They laugh deviously as Gerard begins his big plans to finally become Sultan of Moria.
