1. you know this guy?

Lauren squinting her eyes, covering it with a pillow as the morning sun's rays hit her right in the face.

She groaned when her alarm started to ring. She slowly sat up on her messy bed. She wanted to get ready for the day but she's still very tired from last night.

She met this boy at her friend's party last night which she can't forget. His hair. His jawline. His beautiful blue orbs that stared into hers. How can she forget that?

She snapped out of her thoughts and walked over to the bathroom, getting ready to meet her best friend, Christina. Lauren has an apartment in LA, but she's staying in Tina's since she's visiting her. Tina got out earlier, leaving Lauren alone.

"Why you want to meet me this early?" Lauren mumbled to herself, finishing her skincare routine. She walked out of the bathroom right when her phone rang.

Christina Marie 🐥

She tapped the green button, putting it on speaker, sighing. "Hello, tina." she said tiredly.

"Hi. you sound funny. What are you doing?" Christina said, giggling.

"bitch shut up. i'm getting ready." Lauren rubbed her eyes and sit down on her bed.

Christina laughed, letting out a soft sigh. "Whatever. hurry up. I've been waiting for 5 minutes."

Lauren shook her head, placing her forehead in her palm. "It's just 5 minutes not hours. I'll be there soon. Bye!" She said as she ended the call.

She placed her phone on the vanity, taking off the lid of her vanilla chapstick and gliding it on her lips. She put on a little bit of highlighter on her nose after. Simple because she's pretty herself.

She drove to the cafe where she'll meet Christina. Get out of her car, she headed to the cafe. Her eyes browsing the place to find Christina. She called Lauren over before Lauren could find her.

"C'mere. I'll pay for your food." Christina offered because she's the one who begged Lauren to come to the party. Lauren made Christina promised to pay for her food if she's drunk.

"I thought you forget." Lauren took a seat in front of Christina.

Christina smiling, playing back last night's scene in her head. "You're literally drunk last night and it is hilarious. How can i forget that."

"Umm. Do you know this guy? He's in a band with your boyfriend, bleached hair, blue eyes. He's at last night's party." Lauren bit her bottom lip.

Christina's eyes went wide, almost choking on her water. "Why did you ask? You guys hooked up last night?"

Lauren shrugged, furrowing her eyebrows. "Kind of." She rubbed her arms.

"Ooh. He's Daniel. Daniel Seavey." Christina said, lifting her left eyebrows, then the right. "Why? You like him?"

"Let's just order our food. I'm starving." Lauren changed the subject. Christina just nodded.

"I'm so full." Christina stretched herself. Seconds later, she burped. "Sorry bout that."

Lauren laughed. She almost fell off the chair she was sitting on. "Oops. Imagine if i fall." Now, Christina was the one who laughed at her loudly, causing people around them giving a stare.

Lauren shushed her as she's being too loud. "Shh. Tina. Everyone's staring!" She whispered loud enough for Christina to hear.
