15. buddies

My closest friends, Daniel, Jack, Corbyn, Jonah, Zach, Tate and Christina were at my apartment. We played a lot of games such as monopoly, never have I ever and Mario kart.

Christina came out with the idea to play Truth or Dare. We all sat down in a circle on the floor. She asked us. "Guys, truth or dare?" We all said truth.

Christina was the first one to ask a question. "Have any of you had sex with a person next to you?" I looked at the person next to me. Daniel. Ah shit, here we go again.

I didn't answer. I know she purposely asked that. "Laureeennn" She smirked at me, earning a glare from me.

"What? No" All of them cracked up.

"Come on," Jack said like he knows.

I looked at Daniel. He nodded. I answered them who were waiting for me. "I- I have?" they all applauded, making me blushed. I covered myself with the sleeve of my sweats. It's actually Daniel's.

"Wait. What? When?" Jonah burst out questions. Daniel answered him "Remember that day when you asked us if we want to go out? Lauren said no and I said that I'll stay with her"

All of them loose a long 'ooohhh' and teased us. I curled myself into a ball, facing Daniel. He laughed at me. "You're so cute when you blush. Reminds me of the time we met at Starbucks"

"Okay. I'll give a dare" Zach exclaimed. "Kiss your crush. If you have one here. Or your partner" I groaned. Why is everything about that? "What the heck"

"Just do it" Tate winked, looking from me to Daniel, me to Daniel. I rolled my eyes.

Corbyn and Christina kissed as well as Tate and Jonah. Jack and Zach attempted to kiss. When their lips got closer, they hugged each other.

Meanwhile, me and Daniel froze. A while later, he lifted my chin and gave me a kiss. It felt like when we had our first kiss which was at the party over again. I can feel the butterflies in my stomach having a whole concert in there.

That was awkward yet fantastic, immaculate, exquisite and marvelous. 10 out of ten will do it again(u guys know this?). 

When we pulled, everyone was eyeing on us. Corbyn and Jack covered their mouth and made the 'wohohoho' sound. I hope you guys understand that I don't know how to explain.

The night finished up with a good time. We all exchanged hugs and goodbyes. They all had left except the one and only, Daniel Seavey.

I flopped myself on the couch while he followed me from behind. I turned on the tv to watch my favorite show, Pretty Little Liars on Netflix.

Daniel scooted closer to me and then we cuddled. He was really warm and cuddly. The smell of his musky cologne filled my nostrils. This scent brought back the good times.

In the middle of the movie, he caught my attention by asking me, "Can we hang out together tomorrow? Just us two. If you do-"

I cut him off  "Of course". He 'bout to lean in for a kiss but I moved away. "We're friends, Daniel" He frowned, receiving a laugh from me. "I'm kidding. Here" I pulled his arms and kissed him passionately.

Hours later he left. The smile on my face hadn't taken off. That night, I thought of him until I drifted off to sleep peacefully.

The bright morning sunlight slammed my face, making me roll over and buried my face in the pillow. I took a good five minutes nap before I realized. I have to meet Daniel.

I lazily removed my legs from under the cover and stepped on the cold tiles, leading to the bathroom. I showered, cleaned my hair, brush my teeth and lastly did my skincare.

I chose a tight white cropped shirt, overlay it with a brown thin coat. Ripped jeans for my pants and a fresh clean white Air Force 1s. I grabbed my Chanel backpack, my car key then head out.

I turned on my car engine as I drove to the location Daniel sent me. I didn't know where it led me to. I just follow the way.

"You've arrived at your destination," the voice said. I hopped out of my car. I see a beautiful large sunflower garden. They remind me of when Daniel bought me some sunflowers. It's beautiful.

"I know right? As beautiful as you" He pops out of nowhere. I gave him a confusing look. "You speak your thoughts sometimes. It's adorable" Flirtatious I see.

He pulled me by my wrist and guided me to a river nearby. I was so amazed. The water was crystal clear. It surrounded by sunflowers and wildflowers. I never have seen a river this astonishing before.

" Daniel" he hummed as a response. "How did you find this place?" I said, stunned.

"Oh, umm the boys and I had a shoot here last year. It's beautiful so I wanted to bring you here"

I took a lot of pictures there cuz why not? It's the most gorgeous place ever. My stomach growled, signing that I was hungry. "Dani. Can we get some food? I'm hungry" I pouted.

"Anything. For you" he smiled, walking towards his car. Great! Separate car. I rolled my eyes.

He suddenly turned around too close. I stepped back a little bit. "What do you want to eat?"

I excitedly answered "In-n-Out!" He chuckled and grabbed my hand to his car. "Daniel?" He looked at me. "We got here separately"

He frowned. "Oh" I kissed his cheeks and I hop in my car.

As we arrived, he pulled the door for me. "Ladies first" I thanked him. We head to the counter and ordered our food then sit at a table near the door.

I saw a familiar face sitting across us. Jaden? Heck no. He looked at me so I held up my middle finger to him. Daniel turned around as he realized I looked at someone. "Wait. Is that-"

Before he finished, I responded. "Yes let's go" We walked out to our car and drove to a theater. It was Daniel's idea.

Daniel let me chose whatever movie I want to watch. I struggled to find one. I'm scared if he doesn't like what I choose. "How about you choose one. I don't know which one to pick"

"It's okay. Whatever you like, I'm fine with it" I nodded. Spongebob Squarepants the movie it is. Duh.
