I get off the bus and walk home with my friend.

He picks up some snow and I know that he is going to throw it at me so I quickly tackle him into a near by berm.

We get up and brush the snow off.

I get home and like usual I'm home alone.

I go to my room and text Ellie.
No response.
I decide to call her after an hour and a half because she usual responds fast.

Her dad answers the phone.
He tells me that she is grounded and he is taking her phone, I ask " why is she grounded?"

He tells me that it's because of the hickeys and that they are disrespectful, I tell him "I'm sorry I won't give her anymore."
Even though that is a lie.

He tells me that she will get her phone back I a week and that's when we can hangout again.

I think to myself "man a whole week without even talking to her" okay I can do this, she means the world to me but I have to deal with this, I wonder if that's why she came at lunch to surprise me because we wouldn't get to talk for a while.
