The moment couldn't have lasted forever. Hanzo parted from Jesse to arrive at Commander Morrison's office in detail to finish what they had initially been discussing. Jesse grabbed a few of the items from the fridge getting what his friends asked for. Just as he exited the kitchen, Tracer stopped in her tracks and smiled softly.

"There you are. The gang was starting to get worried about you."

"Oh. Sorry 'bout the wait. Got a bit caught up with myself and needed a moment to take a break."

Tracer moved her hand to McCree's back giving two pats. "No worries. Just wanted to come and check on you. Did you need help with that?" The agent could tell that something changed in Jesse. Just a few minutes ago he looked so happy, now he just looked drained by the sound of his voice. "You sure you're alright, love? I can always get Ana to--"

"I'm fine Lena." He forced a smile to his lips. It was enough to fool the optimistic agent. Jesse watched as she nodded and took her juice from him. He reunited back with the gang on the couch and sat down reassuring Ana of his health. She may not have needed to say anything. McCree already knew she was worried.

Hanzo sat down across from Jack's desk. The scene is all too familiar. The papers had been signed for Hanzo's resignation. The stack of three to four sheets of paper tapped against the surface of the desk to straighten them out. Slicking the end of his thumb, Jack looked through the papers again to review them before placing them down flat. "This is a bold move you are making Shimada. Are you sure--"

"--Yes I am sure." Hanzo prompted. "I don't understand why you are asking me this. I have made up my mind, now please do not make matters harder than they already are."

"You and Jesse alright?"

"We are fine." The words were not meant to be spoken so harshly, but it was hard not to be irritated when plans were repetitiously given prior. "I appreciate your concerns, commander. You have already given me a lecture about my punishments and now I am owning up to them. This is what I am choosing to do. Speaking to my brother and McCree, I can still tell I have not fully healed from the incident with my brother. I look at him and I see the little boy I hurt long ago. Overwatch was a way to redeem myself, and although I have come to mend the spirits that were torn, I still feel a bit lost. I feel that I am missing something." Hanzo's shoulders relaxed. A blank gaze settled on his features. It didn't go unnoticed.

"I had my doubts about you Shimada. You know this too." Jack roughly looked to the archer. Their gaze did not leave one another--as if to test the worthiness to each other's words. "You are a great agent for this team. A wild one, but a good one. I hope you find what you are looking for out there, if not here with the team. I can let Winston hook you up to Overwatch's frequency before you leave. It might come in handy if you change your mind."

It was given deep thought. Having a piece of Overwatch close to him could prove to be vital. If trouble were to be at his door, at least the team would be able to get a location on him. It would also be beneficial to have in case Hanzo finalized his sense of purpose. "I will take you up on your offer. Thank you."

A bright blue screen displaying a variety of home styled dishes was being observed by the user. The flesh finger against the screen swipe down to take a look at each delicious cuisine. Below each written recipe provided an estimated time range, as well as the difficulty for the average cooker. Jesse wouldn't call himself a chef by any means, but he has cooked some damn good burgers and steak. Though such fatty meals were not worthy of Hanzo's palette. Thinking long and hard about it, Hanzo wasn't much of a heavy eater. The man could definitely eat, but the type of food he consumed was an important hint. He noticed the archer mostly consumes a lot of rice, fish, chicken, and soup. Occasionally he would catch him scarfing down a salad or two, or four rolls of Angela's honeycomb bread. Though the dilemma came down to the singular meal that would be filling for both of them. Not to mention the realistic time frame to make everything.
