Christina woke up early. The sun was just beginning to rise when she looked out the window. She slept for too long! She needed to get out before the sun was up and now she was late. She got up and dressed as quickly as she could. She threw her shoe at Aria who was sleeping soundly. Aria woke up and glared at Christina groggily.
"Wake Draco would you!" she hissed at Aria.
"Why are we up so early?"
"We're late."
"For what?"
"We have to get out of here before the sun is up fully or people will be up and will be able to see us escaping. Just wake him up and get dressed."
"Okay." Aria crossed the room towards Draco who was fast asleep in the uncomfortable chair. She shook his shoulder and whispered "Draco. Draco wake up. Draco wake up." Draco was still sound asleep and Aria was getting tired of speaking to him when he wasn't waking up. She came up with a plan to wake him up. She gave a simple smile and slapped him across the face and screamed "Draco wake up!"
Draco woke with a jolt. "What was that for?"
"Oh good your up. We need to get out of here before the sun is up."
"And a silent and calm awakening wouldn't be enough for you?"
"Nope so anyway get dressed and pack your things."
Draco rolled his eyes, rubbed his face, and began to pack his things into his trunk. Then he dressed and grabbed his things. The group headed out onto the quidditch pitch where they always apparated in and out. In seconds they and their luggage were gone.
There they stood in the drawing room of Malfoy Manor. All was silent and they guessed that everyone must have been out for the day. Christina was feeling very tired so she headed upstairs and dropped off her stuff in her room. Aria trailed off into one of the random rooms in the house and pulled a book off of a shelf to read. Draco followed Christina upstairs and sat down next to her on the bed. Christina curled up next to him and laid her head down on his chest. Before she knew it, she had drifted back off to sleep.
After a few hours, Draco woke up from his nap and laid Christina's head back down on the pillow as he left the room to find something to do. He picked up his broomstick and walked out to the backyard to practice some quidditch.
Aria had begun to doze off after an hour with her nose burried in a book. Suddenly the door slammed shut and Aria sprang up from her cat nap. She looked out into the hallway to see two very farmiliar blonde beings walking through the house. Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy were home. Aria awkwardly stepped out into the hallway before her aunt and uncle. Surely Christina didn't mind if they saw her after all why else would they be here?
"Oh. Aria what are you doing here?" Narcissa asked in surprise.
"Oh well ummmm Christina, Draco, and I decided to stop in for a little while."
"Wonderful."
"How long will you be staying?" Lucius asked.
"Ummm. You know that would be a question to ask Christina but she's sleeping right now. Here I'll go get her up real quick."
"Nonsense. We can do it. You may come with us though if you like."
Aria followed her aunt and uncle up the stariwell leading to Christina's room. They flung the door open and Lucius and Narcissa walked inside while Aria looked at a painting outside by the door. Narcissa walked back out and laid her hand on Aria's shoulder. "Where did you say Christina was?"
"She was sleeping in her room..." she began as she walked into the room but she stopped dead in her tracks when she saw the outline of her sister's body in the mattress. Where could she have gone?
