The sun began to rise yet and with it rose the destruction of Hogwarts. She found herself walking down towards Aria's room where she met her sister who looked extremely tired. They lingered silently and slowly down to the front entry of the school where they found most of the school standing before the Dark Lord and his army.

Christina and Aria hid themselves behind the crowd of people. Voldemort beckoned someone from behind him and Hagrid emerged from the Dark Lord's army only he was carrying someone in his arms.

"Who's that?" Christina could faintly make out Ginny's voice.

"Harry Potter is dead." Voldemort whispered and his army joined him in a round of laughter. Ginny ran forward shrieking and kicking but was simply pulled back by her father.

Nobody could believe it. They all just stood there staring at Harry's limp body and nobody knew what to say. Then the crowd errupted with noise. Everyone was talking and discussing their predicament. During all of the confusion, Christina searched the sea of people for someone imparticular. She wasn't quite sure who but she knew soon enough.

She saw him and let out a sigh of relief. Without regard for anyone around her, she pushed past them and met Draco on the other side of the crowd. There were dark gray circles under his eyes and his hair was tangled and messed up. Without warning, she threw herself against him and pressed her lips to his.

"I thought you'd died." she whispered to him through tears.

"Why would you think such a thing?"

"Aria told me that Goil blew up the Room of Requirement."

Draco opened his mouth to continue but Voldemort's voice cut everybody's conversations off. He rose and everyone fell silent.

"Who will join me?"

The crowd fell silent and Christina felt for Draco's hand. She took it in hers and looked up at him, then back at Voldemort. "Christina?"

Everyone turned to stare at Christina and the sea of people parted to let her through but she stood where she was. Her grip on Draco's hand tightened and he pulled her closer to him.

"Join me Christina."

Christina dropped Draco's hand and he gave her a concerned look. She shot back a reassuring look and he had a feeling that everything would be alright. She stepped toward Voldemort and the crowd gave her looks of betrayal.

Stopping before Voldemort, she opened her mouth to begin. "I cannot join you."

"Why do you refuse me? You are a deatheater."

"No. The thing is I never was one of you and I never will be."

"Well if you are not with us...then you are against us and anyone who is against us will crumble beneath our feet. Nagini."

Nagini slithered out from behind Voldemort and toward Christina. She stopped before her and rubbed her head up against her hand. Voldemort stared in shock as his loyal pet fell for another.

Voldemort turned and whispered "Bellatrix handle it."

Bellatrix stepped forward and pulled out her dagger. She dug it through Christina's side and she fell to her mother's feet clutching her side in pain. Draco ran forward and took her in his arms. He cradled her close to him and carried her off towards his parents. He set her down on the ground and ripped off his shirt and wrapped it around her side.

There was a loud commotion and Christina opened her eyes to see Harry Potter falling to the ground and running off with Voldemort trailing quickly after him. She couldn't help but smile in Voldemort's expense. She even let out a small laugh before her side began to ache even more and the world around her turned into a huge blur and she blacked out.
