Chapter 4

"Where are we having lunch?"  Asked Eve

"I don't know" I answered

"Neither do I" added Cree

All eyes immediately turn to Malika. The look on her face was making me blush, I was watching her from the rear view mirror and I quickly watch the road then back to Lika.

"Why all eyes on me? If Mom don't know neither does Dad and now Cree doesn't know, what you think I know?"

Eve and I started laughing and Creeation just watch her with a smirk on his face.

"Cree stop watching me like that and get rid of that smirk and your face. Dad it was Cree's idea to go for lunch so ask him"

"Ah so you trying to pin this on me? Your talking like you didn't want to go for lunch"

"Well little brother that's the power of thinking and not saying. I thought about it and you said it your fault no mines"

"Malika did you just call your Cree 'little brother'?"

"Yes, that's a good question Mom since I was born first"

"It was just an hour" muttered Malika

"It could be one second. I'm still older than you"

"Ah whatever"

"Eve where are we going to eat?" I asked

"Don't ask me"

"If I choose the place you have to come"

"Okay" she answered

We drove in perfect silence, just being there with Eve and the kids make my heart leap in joy. This feels so good, Like my own little family. With my girl and my kids. My children relaxing in the back of my car and their mother and the opposite side of me. How could I be that stupid, I pushed away this amazing woman from me and treated her so bad. I know I hurt her feelings and from the day she got on that flight to Italy I always ask myself why did I do that to her, what was it worth and until today I found out why I did.

I was scared of commitment, scared of giving up my playboy role. The fact that I was going to be a father and a husband made me wonder how I would do those things. If I would ever be good enough. I'm not perfect I got my own faults...

My thoughts where interrupt when I heard my Ladybug break the silence.

"Dad where are going?"

"We are going to the supermarket" I replied

"Papa we are going to the supermarket to have lunch" Cree confusingly ask

Since Cree and I are over protective of our mothers,  I could relate to people talking to her a curtain way and I got upset so I apologized to Cree about what happened on the first day we met. I told him I was really sorry that he had to hear that. He hugged me and I promised never to do it again, he then told me that he dreamt about the day I would come in his life and that he would never let me back out of his life.

"No Creeation, we are not going to have lunch at the supermarket, we are going to buy groceries so that I can make lunch at my place."

"What?" Eve let out

"I asked you where you want to go and you said you don't know. So I'm making lunch"

"Dad you can cook?" Cree lean towards me and watch me in my face with a shock look.

"That's a good question!" Mumbled Eve

"Matter of fact yes I can cook"

"Dad what are you going to cook?"
