Part 22

Error POV
I'm getting increasingly worried that Inky isn't safe. Nightmare has threatened to hurt her and I really can't afford that.
I decided to hide her. But where? Somewhere Nightmare wouldn't go. Somewhere he's afraid to go.
Oh... I'm gonna need Dream's help. When Ink fell asleep I put my hoodie over her and teleported to Dream.
I explained the threats and where I need to put Ink.
"He...he really... oh, alright. The doodlesphere. He can't get there without one of us." He said.
  "Doodlesphere?"
  "It's a place that was created to hold islands of aus. Though Ink has a house there. I'm not sure why. Only me and her can get there alone." He explained.
  I nodded and went back to Inky. She was still asleep. I picked up Noodles and woke up Ink. She was confused.
  I asked her to take me to the doodlesphere. She asked why and I had to explain to her as well.
  She understood and took me there. It was a odd little place. She seemed to know her way around.
  "Error... how long am I gonna be here?"
  "I don't know baby. But I want you safe... do you understand...?"
  She sighed and nodded. I hugged her. She hugged back. I asked her to let me out. She did. Very reluctantly though.
  First thing I did is go directly to Nightmare. He was with the rest of the gang and they all seemed happy to see me.
  They all did end up trying to convince me to hurt my Inky. I of course refused and that made them angry.
  "So, you ain't destroyin anymore, and ya ain't killen!?" Killer asked.
  "Error I'm giving you one last chance. Then we take this into our own hands." Nightmare growled.
  I summoned my blasters and didn't think twice before shooting.
  Dust had died and so had Horror from the blast.
  But across, Killer, and Nightmare were all barely breathing. I left before they regained strength.
  After two days with Ink in the doodlesphere there have been less and less of the bursts. She seems happier.
  One day we decided to just make a hammock out of my strings and just lay there. She was on top of me, seemingly listening to my soul beat. She was content. Noodles was on the floor sleeping and I was reading as Ink laid on me.
  "Error..."
  "Yeah baby?" I asked, closing my book.
  I put my full attention on her.
  "Do you miss destroying?" She asked.
  "Hm. No." I told her. "Sometimes i get the urge. Then I come home, see you, and remember what I have to lose." 
  She kissed my cheek. I smiled and held her.
  The next day, she seemed so depressed and emotionless. It scared me.
  I gave her the vials. She drank them. Why aren't they working?
  The bursts got even worse after that and they'd gotten so bad I had to get Dream over. He had no idea what to do.
  "Usually when she's like that it means something bad is about to happen. It was like a warning..."
  "What? Oh shit- Nightmares still alive."
  Dream and I left after making sure Ink was ok. As soon as we got out he hit me over the head with his staff.
  I was out like a light.
