Betrayal [COMPLETED]

Chapter 23

Error POV
  When I woke up the portal was still open. Two trails of blood dragged across the snow.
  One black and Inky. And one, red and shiny. I panicked as I went back inside.
  Both Noodles and Ink were gone with no sign left of them. Black blood everywhere. Even on the walls.
  I nearly threw up imagining what he did to my baby. Then it all sunk in.
  I was now shaking with rage.
  Hot tears of anger and frustration streamed down my cheeks and fell to the carpet.
  I walked out the portal to Nightmare's castle.  That's where she is.
  I walked inside, strings ready. A hurt Nightmare greeted me. Shattered Dream by his side.
  "There we go. Well, what are you going to do now?" He asked. "Your precious creator vid captured and awaits execution."
  I grabbed them both with my strings. I didn't even think I just shattered both of their souls and they instantly dusted.
  Another cat, not Noodles appeared in front of me. He was orange and his eyes were yellow.
  I had nothing to loose so I fallowed the cat in hopes of finding Ink. Of course it only lead me to Noodles.
  I started crying. Where is my Inky!? Noodles licked my hand.
  "Do not cry. For we know where she is." Noddles said.
  ...
  Ok now I'm going crazy. Did the cat just talk. Well, no use resisting it.
  I fallowed the cat. And sure enough, there was Ink. Although... there were cracks on her arms and head.
  It made me feel sick. I should've protected her better. I shouldn't have trusted Dream. I should've killed Nightmare sooner!
  She saw me and tried to get to me. She barely had enough strength to move the poor thing.
  "Don't move baby. J-just stay there I'll get you out soon."
  She collapsed on the ground. I wrapped my strings around the door and pulled. It came crashing down and I ran to my Inky.
  I tried healing her as much as I could. She just held on to me for dear life. By the time she was healed we were both just sobbing.
  I apologized over and over and she calmed down after a few minutes.
She was so scared. I was relieved to have her back.
  She told me the other cats name. Cheddar. I mean, makes sense.
  When I took her home I didn't let her go. I won't let her get hurt again.
  Never again.
