2.5 seconds

All eyes on me.

"This my family, is the new uprising, the reign of villains begins."

Izuku walked through his portal and each of the villains followed.

The group was spit out on a roof top in Hosu city. The people below went about their night oblivious to what was about to happen. Izuku moved to stand on the buildings edge. he looked down at the ants below his feet.

Izuku lifted his left leg and took a Deadman's plunge straight down into the crowds of people. Women's sheiks and men's shouts could be heard from all directions. people where calling for Heroes to save the falling boy.

Todoroki watched as Izuku plummeted to the ground. He looked around as the others did nothing to save him. Todoroki couldn't just stand by. He jumped as well and slide down the side of the building. Creating a slide of ice as he went, holding his arms out. Izuku gently fell into Shouto's arms.

The two fell off of Shouto's ice and into the crowd of onlookers. Izuku leapt out of Shouto's arms like a cat and gracefully bowed to the crowd. Izuku leaned back up and gave the crowd a grim smile.

"Hello there!" Izuku shouted.

Murmurs and shouts could be heard all over the crowd. A few 'what do you think your doing' a few 'what happened' and others among the lines.

"Hiya! My names Discord! So, I'm the one that killed All Might!!" Izuku had a big grin plastered across his face.

The crowd looked mortified,some more than others. A few people men their way to Izuku. A small group circled around Izuku and shouto.

"Iz- Discord, what are you doing?" Shouto said putting a hand on Izuku's shoulder. Izuku shrugged him off and turned to the crowd.

"What am I doing? What do you mean? I'm establishing our empire." Izuku spoke with no emotion. His voice was void of the cheerful dispositions he had shown earlier.

"I'll say this once, to those who wish to stand in my way. I am Discord, son of All for one. I am hereby taking control of this unjust society." Izuku put his hand in the air and the villains slid down Todoroki's ice. One by one they came to stand beside Izuku and Shouto.

Izuku pounded a fist into the ground and sent the first fifteen feet of citizens flying.

The villains converged on the city. Fire blazed everywhere, buildings collapsed, and shrieks rang out from all directions. Heroes had arrived naturally, but they weren't enough.

Todoroki had gone back up to the roof. He was still unsure of wether or not he wanted to participate. He would admit it looked like a lot of fun, to just let loose. However, he still had his morals telling him that this was wrong. Todoroki looked out over the sea of chaos and destruction, he found izuku fighting two pro's. It was Eraser head and present Mic.

Eraser head was erasing Izuku's quirk while Mic. fought with him. Todoroki watched as present Mic. hit Izuku, one attack after the other. Shouto saw Izuku fall, and the pro's started to close in on him.

Todoroki quickly slide down the ice, jumped off and began gliding twords Izuku. He swooped the small boy up in his arms and slid out of the way of the pro's.

The pair quickly slipped off into a back alleyway, safely out of Aizawa's sight. Shouto set Izuku against a wall, holding him by the shoulders.

"Izuku!! What were you thinking?!? Are you okay?" Shouto shouted.
He was unsure why he'd saved Izuku. He realized he could've been free, but he now also couldn't imagine life without Izuku.

"I'm fine... I don't need you saving me." Izuku said looking away. He didn't want to meet Todoroki's gaze. He felt a sudden yank on his face. Todoroki had grabbed his jaw and forced Izuku to look at him.

"Look damnit, I don't wanna lose you. I'm not sure why, but I don't want to let you go. So you're going to stay safe and by my side for the rest of this mission. You got it?"

"Watch your tone with me shouto.." Izuku warned.

Todoroki tightened his grip on Izuku's jaw and pulled his faces closer. Shouto activated his quirk so izuku could feel a slight cold under his chin.

"I think if you really wanted me dead, you'd have killed me by now. So, if you're going to kill me, just do it. Otherwise, pipe down and stick by me." Todoroki whispered.

Izuku yanked his face out of shouto's grasp. He glared at the taller male. His green orbs full of rage, although his mind was intrigued.

"Fine." Izuku grumbled. "Let's go catch up with the others."

The two exited the tiny alleyway onto the streets. They ran down the main road to see the villains surrounded by pro's.

Izuku put his hand out to stop shouto from running straight into them and drawing attention. 

The pro's started to close in on the small villain group.  Eraserhead converged on the small group and snatched Toga by the arm.

"NO!!" Izuku wailed.

Izuku split himself into five clones and ran after the pro. He punched the pro straight in the jaw.

His clones gathered the rest of his group at lightning speed. Then he regrouped into one and opened a portal underneath himself and the others.

They fell through the portal and it closed, along with the other portal stop the roof.

They dropped onto the floor of the bar, everyone home safe.

Izuku looked around the jumbled pile of his family, until he spotted her.

"Himi! Hey! Are you okay?!?" He screamed.

He pushed himself out of the pile and over to Toga. He grabbed her hands and gently pulled her out from underneath Dabi and twice.

"I'm fine Izu, but did you use a supporter quirk?"

By now everyone had picked themselves up and were standing around Izuku and Toga.
Todoroki looked over at Izuku and noticed he had grown pale, and his stance seemed weaker.

" Yeah... About that..."

Izuku started to sway in their embrace, his knees begining to buckle beneath him.  He felt a pair of strong arms catch him and swoop him up bridal style.

The last thing he remembered before blacking out was Toga giving him a double thumbs up over someone's shoulders.
