There's a deafening silence after I screamed while looking at the tombstone in front of me. I was alone, left in the middle of the rain. My body dropped on the floor as the thunder kept on roaring, as the skies kept on crying.

It was unexpected when He took you away from me. I wished that I spent more times with you. And now I wished that your life will last through infinity.

Messing my damped hair while I closed my eyes. I let out a series of screams, a cry of pain even if I couldn't even move my body from too much alcohol and bad habits.

"Why did you leave me?" is all I could whisper on the wind.

We shared a lot of memories, shared a lot of smiles and laughter, through sorrows and tears but maybe this is where it all ends. Death. It was death that separates us. It was that uncertain thing that takes lives but never gives.

I guess this is where it ends huh? You made me happy but now you left me.

"You are so cruel, Viv. You are so cruel!" I cried like a child, touching your name on the tombstone. We almost had it all, but you sacrificed your life to save him.

But you don't need to worry, Viv…

"Dad, please fight," Dean pleaded as I shook my head. My eyes are welcomed by the creamed ceilings as I looked outside where I could see our son, begging for me to fight the liver cancer I had.

But I don't want to fight anymore. Now that our son is big enough and ready to marry.

"Babe, I miss you," I whispered as I closed my eyes.

…I will be there.
