Chapter 01

The sunny day slowly turned to the cloudy skies. The sign of rain can be seen as the white cloud was turning into the gray and slowly become dark. It looks like it will heavy rainfall. The weather is unpredictable these days.

"Are you sure you want to wait until he comes?" She looked up upon the voice asking her. She smiles at the person who is loyal accompanies her to meet the boy.

"Yeah. If you want to go home, just go. I'm fine alone." She said tries to not make the person worried about her. She was glad to have a bestie like him. He just sighs when he looks at her face. From what he knows, the boy was cheating on her with her good friend.

"Fine then. Just don't get too emotional, okay?" He said pets her head before went to the corner to read some magazines that were served for the customer.

The chimes of the bell at the door make her turn her head. She saw he was walking inside with a familiar face. She didn't show any expression to them. When she looks at the girl who is clinging to the boy, it makes her really hurt. Her own good friend betrayed by dating her boyfriend behind her back.

"So... As you can see. We are together now." Her boyfriend also so-called good friend sat down with her. Her bestie just observed from far.

"Eunji. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to betray you but we love each other. Please bless us." Her friend said. She looks at her emotionlessly. Deep inside she really wants to stab the girl but she knows that it was a crime.

"Eunji. Let's break up, okay? It's useless for us to continue with this relationship. I'm no longer love you." The boy said. Eunji scoffed and get up.

"To be honest, I don't know what you mean. From the start, I already know that you guys will betray me. Do you know what is funny? You are the one who says that we are dating. You did not even listen to me. Whenever I want to explain, you didn't let me. So in this case, we are not a lover. There is no breaking up between. Don't you shame to claim someone as your lover when she didn't even have a feeling to you?" Eunji said as thinking about how to end the stupid relationship with the boy. She was tired of fake relationships. Her bestie came to them and stood next to her.

"Are you done, babe?" He asked when she stops talking.

"Yeah. And... You girl. Stop thinking that I was jealous of you. I won't date someone like him. He is not my type after all." Eunji said before leaving the couple. Her bestie just follows behind.

Both of them walking out of the cafe and stood at the entrance when realized that they didn't bring an umbrella. They look at each other and smirking before running under the heavy rain.

"Yah! Let's find shelter!" Her bestie shouted. They went to the store nearest them to stop for a moment.

"What a relief." She sigh. Her bestie turns to her with worried.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Yah, Kim Taehyung. Do you really think I'll date that guy? Eww... Please. He is not cute at all. Not my taste, okay?" She said with a laugh. He still looks at her concerned.

"Really? So, do you think I'm cute?" He asked.

"No. Not at all. You are not cute but handsome. That's why girls crazy about you." Eunji said. Taehyung smiles a little and looks forward to the sky.

'At least she still likes to be my friend.' He thought it through. Even though they have been friends for years, it's not easy for him to say not to fall in love with her. He thought that he will lose chance when she dates with Hyun. But it turns out it's just a one-sided love.

"You know, Tae? I always imagine how is my future boyfriend looked like. I always imagine that we shared the same hobbies. But we will never know what was in the future until we face it." She said while smiling at the sky. She just loves a rainy day.

"When I was a kid, I always say to my uncle that I will marry him when I big. He's a very kind and lovely guy. He is just 7 years older than me. It's not a small or big gap between us. Whenever he visits us, he always brings me to his hideout and didn't realize that it was already late. He pampered me a lot." Eunji said when remembers the sweet memories she had shared with her uncle.

"You miss him?" Taehyung asked.

"Of course I am. But right now it hard to see him. He has always been busy at the company. Outstation there and sometimes out of the country. After my parent's death, he always focuses on the company. Coming up late and sometime didn't come home." She said with sadness.
"I just need his company when I have a hard time." She added.

Taehyung feels bad to hear that. But whenever she talks about her uncle, he could see her bright side. He wants to deny it but it was hard.

"You seem to love him a lot." He said.

"Yeah. It's because he is the only family I have right now. Even though he just my mother's stepbrother, he always cares about me. Whoever married him, she must be lucky." She added again.
