I watched as the sun rose, the ball of fire releasing a beautiful yellow orange aura. It made everything look beautiful, like it came out of a dream. Everything was peaceful. No disturbances, just pure serenity and the sounds of nature.

Yet I hated how peaceful it was. I hated the silence and peace. Why was no one looking for me?

Does no one care of my sudden disappearance?

Maybe they just haven't looking for me in this place yet, but I doubt they're even looking after me...

Ever since I stopped being a jerk and complied to their wishes, they disregarded me as a side character. I didn't matter anymore.

Sometimes I wondered, should I have gone back to my old ways? No matter how pathetically obvious I was attention seeking, it seemed to have worked.

I rub my eyes, blinking at the sunrise. I may have been staring for too long. That's it, I'll go see if they even have a single drop of care of what happened to me.

I arrive at my school, I was just in time to catch my usual group of friends walking to school. They were laughing, talking amongst themselves. Yet they didn't care of my absence.

Usually I would've been there, quiet as ever, but there nevertheless.

Now, I don't think they even realized I wasn't there.

My face etched into a frown, Nana and Harith were being intimate. They were being all blushy and all with the others just further taunting their flirting.

Nana and I used to have something going on, then Harith came. Slowly she strayed further from me starting from that.

I never liked that cat boy. He did make his attempts to befriend me, but once he got the girl, he pretended I no longer existed.

"As expected." I mutter to myself, slipping away from the school. Nothing changed. No one cared. I didn't matter to them.

I stared at my feet as I walked to my last destination. If this didn't work... Then that meant no one cared. I had very few loved ones and a majority of them proved they didn't care.

She was my last hope.

I enter my home to be greeted by the door being wide open. Lesley always left it like that during mornings to let in the fresh morning air.

I poke my head inside and see her peacfully drinking coffee in the corner while doing her marksman homework.

Not a slight sign of concern. I haven't left my room in days, and she didn't care.

She brought food to me at first, but I guess my stubbornness got to her and she stopped.

I just wanted for her to try harder... To show she cared enough and tried hard enough to get the truth out.... I felt so alone.

Was I wrong for not seeking help?

I glance at Lesley solemnly and begin walking back up to my room. I left my door unlocked for a few days now, but she hasn't even tried to walk in.

I slowly creak the door open to be greeted by the darkness of my own room. Everything was a mess, and it stunk like bad.

At the corner I see the bloody blade. It had been my temporary friend as a coped, but I no longer needed it anymore. I sat on my bed, staring at the lifeless thing sitting in front of me.

No one cared. No one loved me. Even when my corpse lay there rotting.
