(Nick's POV)

It was my turn for shift again and I was keeping watch for any walkers or intruders that wanted to cause harm to us. As it got later I noticed how secure our base was and how there was barely any walkers out anyways so I figured that closing my eyes for a little bit wouldn't hurt, and soon I passed out...

As I woke up I noticed I was in a cell with Ghetto,shark, and Ak in different cells as well I inmately shot up looking around for an escape then turned to Ghetto who was next to me.

"What happened where are we!?" I asked alarmed.

"I don't know, this wouldn't have happened if someone didn't leave their post!" Ghetto said glaring at Shark which confused me because I pretty sure I fell asleep.

"I'm sorry this is my fault..." I said knowing it was most likely was my fault.

"First off it wasn't my fault Ghetto I got hungry, second off what are you talking about Nick it was my shift I'll take full responsibility don't blame yourself." Shark replied confusing me more but went along with it maybe I was just tired.

I looked over at Ak he was searching for weak spots in the bars or walls to break out of though he wasn't having any luck Ghetto was pacing back and forth while Shark was sitting on his cell bed looking at the floor. I had realized all my stuff was taken, then all of the sudden the door outside of the cells leading to where the cells were opened and appeared Red.

"Red what do you want with us, I swear when I get out of here I'm going to- Ack!" Ghetto was cut of by Red shooting him in the foot.

"Simmer down guys you're acting as if you're going to get out, which you're not, obviously you think you know what I'm going to do.BUT ya don't I'll give you the layover  I just want one insey tinsey little thing if you're willing to let it go you get to go free." Red offered.

"What is it." I said willing to give anything for my teams safety.

"Why you of course Nick!" He said almost cheerfully.

"NO WAY!" everyone one my team protested.

"Ok." I accepted.

"Nick no you can't he's a frickin cannibal we won't let you!" Ak argued.

"Sorry that's not your call it's Nick's and he chose to stay. Gards get the blind folds please!" Red called out blindfolding my friends and taking it out.

After a while Red came back and did something I wasn't expecting. I mean I was ready to fight him but he just sat down in front of me.

I felt myself being shaked a someone calling my name and so I had opened my eyes seeing Ghetto shaking me quite a bit.

"Ok, ok, I'm up" I said a bit dissy from Ghetto shaking me.

"Dude I can't believe you fell asleep again on your shift really Nick!" Ghetto lectured.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to." I tried to defend.

(Time skip brought by inspiration)

Me and my team had split up to cover more ground in a town called Heyworth it looked to be empty as there were no walkers to survivors. I had gone on my own and I could swear some one was watching me I then felt something hard hit my head.

As I woke up I saw I was in a cell, kind of like my dream, except that I was alone and Red was leaned up against a wall. Red had looked up and saw I was awake, he headed towards my cell and sat in front of it, so I decided to sit down to looking at him suspiciously.

"So Nick I just want to talk, no tricks or anything, and you're friends are fine they're locked in a house until I let them out. So I wanted to ask if you'd like to see what my group is like it isn't as bad as you think just because we're cannibals let me show you and perhaps think about joining or aligning with us." Red had suggested.

"Will my team get to come?"  I asked not wanting to go alone.

"I suppose" Red had awnsered though it sounded like he was a little disappointed that it wasn't just me.

(Another time skip)

We had spent a few weeks here and the group actually was ok with it offered meat (which was made of human flesh) but aloud people to just eat the vegetables. The citizens were very kind and the kids were adorable none of them had a clue that Red had killed people for the food, but Red had explained to my group that at the time they had no other option they were out of food and were getting attack by ravagers and walkers and after eating the human flesh he couldn't go back to regular meat it had no longer agreed with him.
The team and I even decided to stay at Red's camp and me and Red had even started dating combining our different leadership tactics.

I hope you guys enjoyed it's a bit longer as I felt extremely inspired while writing I am sorry if this wasn't what the requester wanted this is what I could come up with it was pretty fun to write too. Anyways I hope you guys have a fantastical week bye!
