My butt is starting to hurt from the Undeniably long hours of sitting in one spot of what it seems to be raking through the sky above all.
I peek through the window only to see the continous array of the boring blue sky mixed with the wild unshaped clouds scattered across midair with one earphone plugged in my ear and the other astray on my lap, the song 'under the coconut tree' by mohombi was booming in my ear. It has been my favourite ever since the release, minutes before landing.
I walk through the terminal and into the airport to be bombarded with people holding up their signs of names, I tried to scan through the pool of heads trying to find Jacob's face, my twin brother.
"Casssssyyyyy, over hereeee!!",
My head squirms to every direction trying to find that moron's face, until I found his goldish-brown hair bobbing up through the sign boards. I sprint towards him only to be engulfed in a bone breaking hug. "I missed you".
"I missed you too baby sis", I crook and eyebrow, "we are twins jacob, meaning we are the same age", He rolls his eyes playfully, "way to ruin the moment", I giggle at this sentiment, "Do you know I have much experience than you" he winks, "yeah by 2 MINUTES!!", I squeal, He winks before grabbing my hand, I rolled my eyes.
I was born 2 minutes after he was born. So yeah the dramatic entrance was still brightly vivid on his face how he is more experienced and elder and how I should listen to him. Well, jacob is just being Jacob and i wouldn't trade the world for it.
"Cassssyyyyy, oh baby, you're home" mom exlaims, as soon as we arrived home, she hugged me and soon dad joined in. "How have you been daddy", I hug him ever so tightly. "I'm doing fine my munchkin". "Lets go have lunch, I've made your favourite".
I ascend up the stairs and into my room, my eyes scan the whole room, it was just as how i left it before, i drop the bags on the bed and head for a warm shower.
After some time i head out, to put on some shorts and tshirt, Home sweet Home.
I munch in my food as i sit next to jacob agaisnt the table which is draped with a red checked table cloth with my favourite menu, cheesy pasta with minced meat and potatoe wedges.. mmmm I can never get over this dish.
"So how was london?", dad asks, my mind suddenly goes on rewind of all the things I did, with him, the painful stir in my chest brewing up,"it was splendid, I actually met a few good friends there", exluding the major scenario which had actually happend unable to bring my mind to mentally accept and just flow with it I sit there gwawking at my food and speaking about all sorts of things I did.. "I went jet skiing", with him, "I went to watch lots of movies", with him, an- "wow I'm so jeolous", my mom says with her palms placed on both the sides of her jaws.
My trip to london had made me realise how much i missed my family, and that I could never replace them.
All of us had an amazing lunch with lots of catching up, mom and dad had begun the paperwork of merging a successful Hotel named the 'stairway' to our one which is equally successful called the 'Gateway', exactly why they find the company more similiar to our one and the owner had been a best friend to dad since golden times, which gives them more points to merge and share ownership
And for Jacob he had found a girl named Tilly, whom I assume is as good as he explained otherwise she'd have to face me, which is not a nice moment to behold.
And as for me I'll be attending Oakville Highschool to complete my senior year with my brother.
Little did I know I'd have to expect the unexpected.
