Chapter 1: Bloody Night

It was a fine day for everyone, when I saw that they're busy doing something. Me? nah... Being busy in school activities is just a waste of time, in my opinion.

I'm about to enter the Principal's office when a guy went out of the room, ngayon ko palang siya nakita, at nakakamangha ang kaniyang itsura. Let me describe him for you, he has this perfect jaw, smoky eyes and a well built body. I guess that he's in bad mood, nang maalala ko na kailangan ko palang pumunta sa principal's office para magtanong sa dorm ko.

When I entered the room, bakas sa muka ni Principal Cyan ang pagka stress. Lihim ako na umismid, malamang nakaka-stress talaga ang mga estudyante dito.

"Oh! Miss Corronet, what can I serve you?" tanong niya at inayos ang kaniyang suot na americano, I flashed a smile first, before answering his question.

"I'm just here to inform you that there is a problem in my room, Room 243." Sabi ko sa kaniya, pincipal Cyan is the most humble principal I've ever met. Naalala ko noong nag-enroll ako dito at napaka-accommodating niya, I wondered why.

"Hmm, give me a second." Ani niya, at tumungo sa mga drawers. He checked some files and pulled a folder base sa nilalaman nito ay siguradong listahan iyon ng mga available na kwarto.

"Is it fine if you share room in the boy's dormitory." He said, it wasn't a question, at wala naman ata akong magagawa kundi tumango, pero saka ko lang napagtanto ang sinabi niya at ang nais niyang mangyari.

"What?!" Gulat kong sabi, para akong binuhusan ng malamig na tubig sa sinabi niya.

There's no way I'll stay in that cave! Iniisip ko palang kung gaano kagulo ang mga lalake sa sa classroom hindi ko na gusto pang maisip kung gaano pa sila kalala. I can't fathom a stinky room and by midnight I'll hear moaning under their sheets. Nasusuka ako.

"There's a vacant room there and I think it'll take long days to fix the room.Pasensya na Scarlet, alam kong kakalipat mo lang dito sa Siren and I don't want to give you bad ideas about it. But I promise that you'll stay in a nice place there." Sabi niya sa mahinahon na boses.

Ano pa ba ang magagawa ko?

Even if I don't agree with him, hindi ko naman matitiis ang na manirahan sa sirang kwarto. It seems na binigay pa sa akin ang pinaka panget na dorm sa Siren High. Girls are clean and neat but most of them are mean, and it's better to be safe than never.

"O-okay." I agreed and returned to him my old room key.

I'm not really afraid to be with boys, I am confident that I can protect my self. I studied martial arts and I'm really imune in fighting and such outdoor activities, it's like my exercise. But then for bullies? Hindi sa pagmamayabang, pero walang binatbat sakin ang mga ganuong klase ng tao.

I see them as a bunch of stupid students who thinks hurting people makes them cool.

"Here's the key of the room." Sabi ni Principal Cyan. Kinuha ko na lang iyon kahit labag sa kalooban ko, then I left the room.

Naglalakad lang ako pabalik sa dorm ko, matagal pa naman kasi yung second subject ko. I'm here in my room and placing all my things inside the box. I'm just a transferee here in Siren, and I cant believe that I actually picked the wrong place.
