Josh finds out he can see ghosts.

"What's up, chat? I'm gonna chill today. Don't want to do much 'cause I got class tomorrow." He spoke, changing his green-screened background to his regular bedroom look.

"I promise this stream is chill, I'm not gonna freak out or get upset- I promise." With that, he booted up Super Mario 64 and started to play.

It started off pretty smooth, making sure he didn't get too upset over anything. There were a few resets here and there, but he didn't mind.

His eyes wandered over to chat, seeing them freak out and spam. "Wha- what's wrong with you guys?"

The messages went by super fast, not letting him read any. He took a closer look before realizing what was happening that made them act like this.

"Guys- guys! Nothing's floating!" He looked behind him, the object that had been mysteriously lifted up was now set back down.

"You guys are trolls!" He turned back, rolling his eyes.

The stream continued on, chat dying down.

"Josh."

Ignored.

"Josh."

He whipped his head to the side. "Not now!" He shouted, believing it was a family member of his.

Josh ignored chat and the voice calling out to him. He was successful until he heard a crash.

"What the fuck?!" He took off his headphones, staring at his alarm which was now on the floor. It didn't seem broken but he wasn't sure. He dove forward, picking it up hastily and turning it over. A sigh of relief escaped his lips when he saw no scratches.

After carefully inspecting his room, he turned back and placed his headphones back on.

"Josh..."

"Josh!"

He was done. He shut off his stream, not even bothering to say goodbye to his viewers or hosting anyone. With swift movements, he took off his headphones and stood up, looking around his room, walking towards his door.

He peeked his head out. It was quiet. No one was home.

Slowly, he moved back, closing his door.

When he turned around, he was met with two faces he's never seen before.

"Jesus fucking Christ!" He yelped, jumping back. The other two doing the same.

"Who the fuck are you?!" Josh shouted, staring at their faint white images. He could make out their looks, but no color came through and he could see through them.

"Yeah this is kinda weird," one chuckled, "i'm Carson." He stepped forward, reaching out a hand towards Josh.

Josh went to slap the hand away but only phased through it. Obviously. "This one's Mason."

Carson motioned towards the other who was looking at Josh's setup. He turned to the living boy and waved. "Hey I'm Mason."

"I-I'm Josh." He moved forward, inspecting the two.

"You guys are like... dead? Or am I dreaming? Fuck, did I accidentally nap on stream?" He questioned, slapping himself, letting out a small "ow" afterwards.

"Nooooo- we're very much dead. We've um.. how do I put this without sounding weird...?" Carson floated over to Josh's bed, sitting down on it.

"We've been watching you ever since you were a child or some shit." Mason confessed nonchalantly.

"You what?!" Josh held his head in his hands. "Oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god-"

"Calm down! We're not evil ghosts! Look- if you don't want us here just tell us and we can leave. But it's fun watching your streams." Carson piped up, trying to calm down Josh.

"I'm not leaving." Mason shrugged, with Carson glaring at him.

"I mean yeah this is kinda weird!" He walked over to his bed. Carson scooted over, letting Josh sit in his spot.

"Take your time!"
"Don't take for-fucking-ever though. I need to tweet from the dead."

Josh sighed, looking back up at the ghosts who were now in front of him.

"I'm letting you stay. On one condition!"

Mason and Carson letting out a "fuck yeah!" at the same time, fist bumping each other.

"Don't mess with me while I'm fucking streaming!" He opened twitter, showing the two the multiple clips and tweets about the shenanigans that occurred.

"Fair." Carson shrugged. Mason nodded, crossing his arms.

"Alright. I would say make yourselves at home but you've done that already." Josh stood up, walking over to his desk.

"Now shut up. I have schoolwork to do."
