Sketching Shenanigans

I smirked as I drew the picture. I was in Ink's house, and he had made the doodle sphere a lot more inviting than last time I was here.

It had more... I don't know how to explain it. It just felt... more like home...

I kept sketching, enjoying the sound of the music I had playing in the background. Sure, what I was sketching didn't have to do with that song, but I enjoyed it.

I was so proud of the sketch, and moved to the lineart phase. I had a light table, so I was able to put the lineart on a clean piece of paper.

And those were the drawings. After about an hour of looking up references for details, sketching my idea, inking (No pun intended) the piece on a separate piece of paper... it was a lot of work, but it was worth it.

I then felt a hand on my shoulder, and I jolted, taking off my headphones and hurriedly pausing my music that I had on repeat.

"Hahahahaha! Oh my god, I didn't mean to scare you!" Ink laughed.

I glared at him, "Ink! You're lucky I finished the lineart!"

"Great drawing, by the way... you are really talented..."

"I gave up at the hand... I wasn't done as in finished, I was done as in 'I just can't be bothered anymore'."

Ink chuckled, "Yeah, hands are known to be all artist's weak point."

"Besides you. You just move your brush and you have a painting of an AU!"

"Yeah, but character designs I have to think of."

"You just have to do the same characters over and over!"

"Different outfits, personalities, motives, area names, locations, shall I go on?"

"I'm still in the process of making my AU! It takes a long time for a human to come up with those things! What about you? On average, how many a day can you make?"

"Hmm... 20 or so? But that's with the help of creativity being renewed with a suit in Super Smash Bros, and Deltarune Chapter 2 hype..."

I huffed, crossing my arms, "Point taken..."

I put the drawings in my folder, and put my folder in my bag. I had a travel bag that Ink kept at his place for when I came over.

Ink smiled, "Ya know, Dream is wondering when it's his turn."

"I don't know... when I get an idea?"

"Well, besides that, you and I should have an art contest-"

"NO!! I am glad I've improved, Ink, but you knock things out of the park, my friend! I mean, you can do many AUs at a time, and still have enough of the day to care for the AUs already existing!"

"Alright, alright... So, either way, do you want to do some drawing practice with me? I would be happy to teach you landscapes."

I checked the clock, "Oh, sorry Ink. I have to go. I have a meeting with a friend."

"Next AU?"

"Next AU. Later bud!"

I jumped through a portal, making it to...

A different AU 😁...

What? You thought this was going to be longer? Well, no... it isn't...

If you want to see more of Ink, well, you can request for Scenarios of me, Luna, and a Sans. I might consider doing it if I find inspiration in it.

Or, if you guys give me a plot.

But still, on another note to get this longer, 3 in a day?!

Yes, 3 in a day. I had Fell's one finished, and waited until Blue's was finished before publishing them both.
