It's was soon to be your 5th year at Hogwarts, a year ahead of Ron and a year behind the twins. Your adoptive dad, Remus Lupin, being in the original Order of The Phoenix you kinda grew up with the Weasley twins and the three of you had been close since you were young but when you started at Hogwarts and spent more time with them you realized that you had more feelings towards George, you liked him, a lot, and started getting a bit flustered around him but hopefully you would soon concur that unwanted occurrence because you were headed with them to the Quidditch World Cup, in two days. "(Y/n), you're here!" Fred yelled when he opened the door of the burrow to find you there "Yep, that I am" you said laughing and smiling as you walked in "(Y/n)!" George yelled running down that last few steps before he embraced you with a hug "H-hi George" you said blushing but hugging him back "I'm so glad you came I've missed you all summer" George said "Y-you?" you asked blushing more. After realizing he only said 'I've' he corrected himself, kinda "Umm I-I meant we've" he said rubbing the back of his neck and blushing "Yeah sure you did" Fred muttered. "Oh hey (Y/n), hows it going?" Ron asked as you passed him, Harry, and Hermione in his room "Well y'know, I'm doing just fine considering there was a full moon the other night, I wish I could've come earlier but y'know what I like to call my 'Furry Situation'" you said smiling and using air quotations as Harry and Ron laughed with Hermione looking at them sternly "Being a werewolf wolf is not a funny thing boys" she scolded "Hermione it's fine, I have wolfsbane and the last couple full moons have basically been fine" you said reassuring her "Well I'm glad to hear you're all right" she replied before the twins led you to where you would be staying.

~ Quidditch World Cup ~

"I can't believe you actually bet that" said laughing with the twins after they bet that Ireland would win the match but Krum would catch the snitch "Ehh old man will never win" George replied laughing as well "Oh you think so?" you asked "Yeah I do" George said smuggly "Okay well I'll make you a bet then, if you lose your bet with Bagman you have to do whatever I tell you for a day, if you win the bet I'll do whatever you want" you said giving him your hand to shake "Deal" he said shaking your hand "C'mon lets go" Fred said to the two leading them to their seats.

~ After the Match ~
~ Camp Ground ~

"Wow, I'll give it to you that was a great guess and a great game but you won so I now have to do something for you" you said after the game turning to George, whom you sat beside the whole match, "Oh yeah umm let's see" George said tapping his chin sarcastically and smiling "Ohhhh you big goof just choose already" you said "I have chosen (y/n), I've chosen you" George said and you began to blush "Wha-what?" you asked with a little laugh of disbelief "I like you (y/n), I love you, I have since we were 10, I love when you scrunch you're nose when your annoyed, or how you look like a lost puppy when you're confused, how you know how to have fun but also know when to be serious, I love you and everything about you. It's always been you (y/n), all the time you've spent with other guys I've stood by and watched you be happy because if you are happy I can live, I can love a one sided love, as long as I can see you happy" George said finally confessing "G-George, I have no words to explain how amazing that was. I love you too, all those guys I've dated are to get your attention and whenever I see you around other girls I always feel uneasy like you'll leave me, I'm not as strong as you I don't know if I could live without you" you said looking into his eyes "I love you (y/n)" George said leaning in "I love you too George" you said before your lips met in a loving, passionate kiss.

BONUS:

"Yo guys, I feel happy for ya but we're kinda being attacked by a dark wizard right now" Fred said yelling at you and George as the dark lords sign appeared in the sky. "Yeah we should go" you said love struck "Yeah" George said taking your hand and walking to the forest just as lovestruck as you.
