After his threatening visit, he did not come to the orphanage. But he kept watching her from a distance all the time. He had no clue about what he was doing now. It was not just a lust that was certain, then what it was. He had even brought no more women to his bed. It's like he was on a fasting which could only break by her touch. Whenever he glanced down at his bed, he felt it was screaming at him to warm the bed with her fragrance. His hard-headed determination did not let him think otherwise.
Brian was almost given up on his obsessed friend. He had never seen Adam like this. It seemed like that his life was in danger the only way to save himself from death would be sex with her. On the other hand, Sasha his one-night stand was calling him all the time. She was preparing herself as his baby's mother. She wanted him at any cost. But he just ignored her calls. He did not even care about the baby. Because he simply did not want any baby. Now he only wanted his baby girl, Red.
At the same time, Red had started to search for a job. Her life had been going through a havoc now, not only her but also her whole family. “Good morning, Ms....” Red greeted the receptionist who was pleasantly smiling at her.
Red came to a coffee shop as she saw an advertisement in a newspaper for a waitress vacancy. She was acknowledged about her educational qualifications. She just passed out of school. So she couldn't approach big firms for a job.
“Good morning.” The receptionist smiled widely. “How can I help you?”
“Umm... My name is Red Ashwell. Two days ago I saw an advertisement for a waitress.” Red said nervously. She had no experience in job seeking.
“Yeah, we need one.” The receptionist confirmed.
Red sighed in relief as a hope lit up in her. The job would certainly get her. She thought.
“Could you please appoint me as the new waitress.” Red did not know how to even ask for a job. Her inexperience and her desperation for a job slipped out of her mouth.
“Ms Ashwell, you have to see our manager for this job. Only he could help you. I am just a receptionist here.”
“Oh! Sorry, I don't know anything about it. Where is he? Can I meet him now?” Red asked.
“Wait a minute. I will ask him.” Receptionist took the receiver and dialled his number. Red was hopefully looking at her while she was talking to the manager. As their conversation had ended the receptionist face became dull as it was not good news she was going to say. “Sorry, Ms Ashwell. He has already appointed someone else.”
