To break a person's trust is like stabbing them.

The wound would heal but the scar always remains.

To break a person's trust is like breaking a plate,

It can be placed together and stuck together but the cracks would always be visible.

Breaking a person's trust is like crumpling paper,

It can be smoothed out but the creases would always remain.

Trust is like a mirror, you can fix it, but you would still be able to see your shattered reflection.

Trust, once lost, could not be easily found. Not in a year, perhaps not even in a lifetime.

The thing about trust is, it doesn't have a refill,

Once it's gone, it probably won't come back and if it does, remember, it would never be the same again.

Trust takes years to build,

Seconds to break,

And forever to repair.

Never push a loyal person to the point they no longer care.

It's hard to trust when you all the evidence from the past of why you shouldn't.

When someone trusts you,

Be all in or be all out. There is no halfway.

Trusting a person is their choice.

Proving them right is your choice...
