What we once had,
It's already expired
The spoken words and gestures
that once carried the closeness,
they're already expired.
The sensation of comradeship,
that of love and care,
and of the comfort of the other,
Those are gobbled up by the past.
They no longer hold meaning or pertinence.
They are all gone away.
Simply,
Expired.
